Can not edit at all!! Now I can’t add a new line to the form. Can type but can’t click done to save it. Horrible. Now I either have to make it all over again or find a new software app.

Useless for Lead magnets. This doesn't even connect to Shopify flow Should be able to create a form, name, email address then connect the specific form to shopify flow to send out lead magnets and add to mailing lists. It really needs better integration with flow, I have multiple lead magnets but the form is pretty much useless Doesnt do basic things !!!
Hi there, DaVinci! There is a way to do this today, and I'll outline the steps for you below! You need to click more actions in your form and click 'view segment'. Once in your segment copy your segment id, it should be something like "shopify-forms-#####". 1.) Go into Flow create an action called "customer tag added", 2.) Create a condition to check if "shopify-forms-#####" exists. 3.) If yes, create another condition and check if "shopify-forms-#####-submitted" 4.) If no, create an action that will add a customer tags and add "shopify-forms-#####-submitted". 5.) If no to step 3, send an email. It should look something like this: https://screenshot.click/20-24-52qnd-hox3l.png You can copy/paste that .png and it should allow you to see the image!

Love how it integrates nicely with shopify emails, shopify flow, shopify discounts and allows easy tagging (which you'll use for flow). Love that its free! However, it's a bit of a learning curve for beginners as there aren't a lot of video resources/ tutorials when it comes to integrating it with other shopify apps, and using tags. Also CSS design changes are limited, as the app doesn't allow targeting for CSS within the forms. I was able to target the section/container the form lives in and do some design stuff there, but thats about it. You are stuck with the design options the app gives you in the editor (which is sufficient for most forms).

Looks great and simple to use. Sure there are some features not available but it works well and integrates perfectly.

Hi there! Thank you for your review. We recently shipped an update to store all new submissions in the metaobjects area of the admin. Past submissions are still viewable by clicking into the form > clicking more actions and clicking the view segment. This will generate a segment of customers who have previously submitted this specific form. Hope this helps! - Dirk, Shopify Support

Easy install and config. I embedded it in several page on page level and also template level. I like also the popup version. Until now i don't have any complaints. only 4 stars because no time (hrs:min) field , no embed in pages and for very slow loading

Simple and easy to use - could do with adding a form ID to the section so that # links can scroll to it, also width option would be nice

Easy to set up forms, impossible to embed those forms.
Hi there. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with enabling a form on your theme. A few steps you can take to troubleshoot are: - Enable Theme App Embeds: First, ensure that the theme app embed is activated on your store. You can follow the instructions in this help document to set it up correctly: https://shopify.link/ozB1. - Add an App Block for Inline Forms: If you're using an inline form, you'll need to take an additional step. Add an app block to your theme and attach the inline form ID. Detailed instructions can be found here: https://shopify.link/rJAB. If after taking a peek at that help doc and you're still experiencing troubles, please feel free to connect with our Live Support: https://bit.ly/2AWw5VA. - Blair, Shopify Support

I received help for my query after a day or so. The founder, explained that it was possible to embed as an inline form. I just needed to create a template for this from my 'page' (this is where my content was and where I wanted the form to appear. Once a template was created in the theme customiser, it was straightforward to add the app block and then input the app ID so it appeared on the page. Very relieved to get this help and hopefully they will be updating the knowledge content to explain this with even more clarity as on first glance it doesn't seem possible to embed at all.
