Setup was easy and most customers use it. However, I have two suggestions: 1. Add the ability to insert an open text field to remind customers to confirm acceptance in their email. 2. Modify the birthday field in the data download. The pop up appears correctly, but the customer data download reads yyyy-dd-mm for some customers and yyyy-mm-dd for others.

Setting up is easy. Since its a free native app from Shopify, I believe it will already be optimized for performance. A lot of merchants have requested for options to customize designing, and Shopify has assured it is in the works. I have a few suggestions: 1. Give option to add separator line between sections 2. Give option to add a different email id for each submission to be sent to, instead of registered email id. 3. Allow exporting submission entries on demand 4. Allow making headers bold 5. For single-line and multi-line text fields, allow adding headers 6. Allow splitting form into multiple pages 7. Include "OTHERS" as a default option for radio buttons where needed, and when selected, give an option to include a field for users to add text Thanks Team Wet and Dry Personal Care

Podiam aprimorar habilitando a função de escolha. Exemplo: após a conclusão da compra da cliente, ela recebe essa form em formato de pesquisa com alternativas, sem a necessidade de cadastro de email ou quaisquer outras informações.

easy to use. needs more graphics (colours, fonts, images, maybe some confetti)

Easy to use, set up, and integrates seamlessly with the store. However, I couldn't find an option to allow customers to opt out of marketing emails using the form. It would be great to have this feature added.

Simple forms that are easy to get going but the lack of being able to add CSS styling or other basic layout options is a definite drawback. Works fine for basic forms.

Good as a pop-up form. So would give it a 4. Lacks in functionality though, would be great if their was more integration with Shopify to allow: - Custom Contact Forms - Integration with Email for post purchase form as an example Given its a Shopify App, I expected a bit more basic functionality.
Hi there! Thanks for the review. This should actually be possible. Try creating a custom inline form, saving it to a page. Then add a link to that form from your email. I hope that helps! - Kyle

Love how it integrates nicely with shopify emails, shopify flow, shopify discounts and allows easy tagging (which you'll use for flow). Love that its free! However, it's a bit of a learning curve for beginners as there aren't a lot of video resources/ tutorials when it comes to integrating it with other shopify apps, and using tags. Also CSS design changes are limited, as the app doesn't allow targeting for CSS within the forms. I was able to target the section/container the form lives in and do some design stuff there, but thats about it. You are stuck with the design options the app gives you in the editor (which is sufficient for most forms).

Easy install and config. I embedded it in several page on page level and also template level. I like also the popup version. Until now i don't have any complaints. only 4 stars because no time (hrs:min) field , no embed in pages and for very slow loading

I received help for my query after a day or so. The founder, explained that it was possible to embed as an inline form. I just needed to create a template for this from my 'page' (this is where my content was and where I wanted the form to appear. Once a template was created in the theme customiser, it was straightforward to add the app block and then input the app ID so it appeared on the page. Very relieved to get this help and hopefully they will be updating the knowledge content to explain this with even more clarity as on first glance it doesn't seem possible to embed at all.
Hi there. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with enabling a form on your theme. A few steps you can take to troubleshoot are: - Enable Theme App Embeds: First, ensure that the theme app embed is activated on your store. You can follow the instructions in this help document to set it up correctly: https://shopify.link/ozB1. - Add an App Block for Inline Forms: If you're using an inline form, you'll need to take an additional step. Add an app block to your theme and attach the inline form ID. Detailed instructions can be found here: https://shopify.link/rJAB. If after taking a peek at that help doc and you're still experiencing troubles, please feel free to connect with our Live Support: https://bit.ly/2AWw5VA

Great app! but can we customise the layout rather than having all fields in vertical order?

Could you create a function where the popup stops being shown for a while if the customer clicks on "X" to close the popup without signing up? Because it continues to open even if I click close, when I load the page again, the popup appears. This is boring.
Hi there! Thank you for providing your feedback. We appreciate your input. Currently, you have the ability to customize the behavior of the pop-up. For example, if you wish to limit the number of times a customer sees it, you can set it to appear only on specific page types. Additionally, you can choose to delay the trigger for the first, second, or third page view. Furthermore, you have the option to set a timer for when you want the pop-up to be displayed. -Mac, Shopify Support

Updating review Feb 27, 2024 Excellent overall. Does what it says, and thank you for listening to previous feedback and making changes accordingly. Some additional functionality like opting to NOT add a default tag to customers, or allowing to inject custom styles (the default mobile styles make the form nearly unusable) would improve the experience from a shop owner's perspective. -------- Previous review: Nov 5, 2023 Largely does what it says out of the box. But extremely frustrating that it basically ignores existing customers. So if you want t add a tag for example, it'll only work for new email addresses, making this a very limited use case app.
Hi, thanks for sharing your feedback. At this stage, adding tags to an existing customer is a limitation of the Shopify Forms app. As a workaround, you may be able to create a Shopify Flow workflow: https://shopify.link/6kox that can check your existing customer list for any that meets the tag requirements, and apply the tag that way. This would work on a case by case basis however, depending on your store's use case, but is definitely worth considering. I'll be sure to pass on your feedback to our internal development team for consideration though, so that they're aware of the needs you've shared with us here in your review. Thanks again! -Kimi, Shopify Support

It's called Forms, but should be called "A Form" I would like to see this app support multiple forms across the store. Right now, the app allows creation of a single form only. It does only one thing - create a pop up form to collect email sign ups on your store. A pretty useful and basic functionality, but it would be so much more helpful if more than one forms could be created.
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! In addition to a popup form, you can create multiple inline forms and place them in different locations on your online store. You're able to add and remove fields to customize these forms for different purposes. Take a look at our guide here for more details on creating different types of forms: https://shopify.link/77qV. -Sophia, Shopify Support
