By far the worse mobile app development experience we’ve had with anyone. They’re so confident with your product that they won’t let you cancel the 1K a month in fees. Won’t update our app. They gave us 5 different reps in one year. This was a real disappointment.

For convenience, you can cancel your Tapcart plan by following these steps: 1. Log in to your Shopify admin. 2. Navigate to Sales Channels and select Tapcart. 3. Go to Account & Billing. 4. Click Subscription Details. 5. Select Cancel Subscription. 6. After cancellation is confirmed, fully uninstall the Tapcart sales channel from Shopify. Let us know when complete, so we can ensure your billing is canceled as well. If you have any questions during this process, our team is available at [email protected] and can assist with next steps.

We've been using Tapcart for three years now and have consistently had great service and support from the Tapcart team. Recently, we redid out website and the Tapcart design team was able to recreate those changes seamlessly in the app in less than a week! Having Tapcart has really elevated our sales and people love getting push notifications when new products go online. We highly recommend Tapcart for their ease of use and great support!

TapCart handled everything and we barely had to lift a finger. We could do as much or little as we wanted to, and still have a fully designed and deployed app. We've been live for a few months and already have a lot of downloads! Highly recommend their services.

We're stuck using Tapcart because we have a decent amount of users on our app and I don't want to annex that userbase, but... if I could start all over again, it would be somewhere else. When we first joined (back in 2021-2022), we did have some decent communication, but over the last few years, this app has been a mess. We've rebuilt our website with specific partners that they recommend for their integration partners to have a seamless app and website experience only to get to the end and find out that the MOST major components don't work. I could go on and on. If you have a smaller catalog or need a very basic user experience, you can probably make this app work at a price. But I wouldn't recommend Tapcart to anyone based on my recent experiences.
