We’ve been using TapCart to run our Shopify store’s app for over a year now, and we couldn’t be happier! The platform offers fantastic customization, performance, and features, but what really stands out is the support. Our TapCart representative, Lauren, goes above and beyond to ensure we always get the care we need. Whether it’s a quick question or a complex issue, she’s always there with helpful advice and solutions. It’s refreshing to work with a company that proactively offers support and optimization tips, rather than making you jump through hoops to get assistance. TapCart has truly helped us take our mobile app to the next level, and we highly recommend it to any Shopify store owner looking to enhance their mobile presence.

Going with Tapcart as our mobile app solution has been one of the best decisions we've ever made. It allowed us to monetize a whole new channel for us and gave our customers a much more personalized shopping experience with our brand. The feedback we have received from our customers has been outstanding. They're spending more on the app and we've seen a really high engagement rate. Best of all, we were even able to launch Tapcart in less than 2 weeks! It was that fast and easy. The staff at Tapcart has been incredible, in particular our account rep Lauren, who is so knowledgeable, proactive and helpful to us - we can't thank them enough. We truly appreciate the partnership we have. I would highly recommend Tapcart to any ecommerce business thinking about adding a native mobile solution. You'll see amazing results just like us.

This is a great tool for your customer toolbelt. Support is great and they are constantly iterating and improving. Our account manager Kenia is superb.

Overall the app works well - we're still on a more basic plan so there are some limitations (hence the 4*), but looking into possibly upgrading to get the full works soon. What is great is the dedicated service provided - our account manager Tyler works closely with us with regular calls to share ideas, best practices and support for our campaigns - he's been a massive help to understand how we can get the most out of our app and subscribers.

Tapcart is an incredible app. Allows us to quickly launch a mobile app and cater better to our most loyal customers. The app pushes allow us to market to a select group effectively. Tyler Iannantuono is an amazing account manager who is always providing advice/insights to ensure we are getting the most out of our app. Couldn't recommend enough.

Wow, what an amazing app! It has worked incredibly well for us. The team, especially Tyler I., our current Account Manager, has been exceptional. They have done an incredible job making it easy and fun for our customers to have a better shopping experience and to build long-lasting relationships with them by creating a mobile app with all our website information. Tyler ensures that our brand stays on top of the latest e-commerce and marketing trends by implementing all the necessary features and strategies into our mobile app.

Tapcart gets it right everytime. From support to all the cool app features, it has been a God send for our business. On Black Friday 2023, tapcart literally saved us. Our online shopify store crashed several times throughout black friday and the app ran smoothly all day making sure we didn't miss a beat with our sales goals. Tapcart is a fantastic and simple integration to give your customers a fantastic mobile experience (as well as unlocking another stream of revenue for you) It is super simple to use with prebuilt drag and drop templates to quickly build out your pages But also have more robust features that allow you to customize your app to fit your business needs! They also have fantastic Customer Service and our Account Manager is fantastic!
