We’ve absolutely loved our Tapcart journey so far! From the very beginning, the platform has been a game changer for our mobile experience, and our loyal community. Intuitive, seamless, and perfect for bringing our brand to life in the palm of our customers' hands. A special shoutout to our incredible Account Manager, Kenia, who has been nothing short of amazing over the past year. Her support, responsiveness, and genuine enthusiasm for our success, have made all the difference. Whether it’s brainstorming new strategies or troubleshooting in real time, Kenia is always there with thoughtful recommendations and a can do attitude. I love how regularly Tapcart rolls out new features and improvements. Super easy to use, the app manages itself for the most part. Set it and forget it. Our account manager, Cole, is super helpful and stays in touch - providing helpful tips and updates on features.

We're stuck using Tapcart because we have a decent amount of users on our app and I don't want to annex that userbase, but... if I could start all over again, it would be somewhere else. When we first joined (back in 2021-2022), we did have some decent communication, but over the last few years, this app has been a mess. We've rebuilt our website with specific partners that they recommend for their integration partners to have a seamless app and website experience only to get to the end and find out that the MOST major components don't work. I could go on and on. If you have a smaller catalog or need a very basic user experience, you can probably make this app work at a price. But I wouldn't recommend Tapcart to anyone based on my recent experiences.

The team at TapCart has been super helpful with everything related to our app. Customer service is spot on and the communication is great. The platform itself is very user-friendly, and allows for us to manage our mobile app without any issues. Setting up push notifications is easy and such an effective tool for us to engage with our customers. Then seeing the customer behavior in the push explorer is an added bonus. We've been with TapCart for a few years now, and have nothing but good things to say about them. They are always updating their service, trying new things, and keeping us well informed about upcoming features and how it may pertain to our brand. Highly recommend!

100% Recommend. I have a account manager Alex who is super diligent and helpful. The app itself has our best conversion rates and AOV's, roughly 10% more than the store. This is a low hanging fruit every ecom store needs.
