Can't recommend Tapcart enough. It's so user friendly, intuitive and the set up seamless and they have great support! Having our own branded app really brought our brand to the next level and added an additional sales channel. We really enjoy working with our account manger Tyler who is very proactive and always reaching out to check in and giving us suggestions on how we can plan our upcoming campaigns during our monthly meetings.

Great addition to your Shopify store. Works seamlessly and with custom blocks and more- you can code it to perform like your store. Tech support is amazing, super quick to reply and sort any issues or help with how to do things better. Monthly catch up with your own success manager which is brilliant- Chad is super helpful, replies quickly and actually understands our business. We are getting 47% of our sales through our app. Highly recommend to use for your brand! All in all, excellent platform and just gets better- they are continually investing

Was not familiar with apps at all before using tapcart, but now am pretty confident in navigating and building our store via the tapcart app platform. they make it super simple and user friendly. Cole has been a big support in ensuring happiness project is using the features to the fullest. we have seen significant changes in our online store since utilizing all of tapcart's features.

If you are considering adding on an mobile app for your store. The only choice is tapcart. Any other app will not come close. It’s as simple as making the initial choice to use Shopify. The team and support are fantastic, if you’re extremely lucky you will receive Tyler Iannantuono as your account manager. Tyler has gone above and beyond to keep our team up to date on best practices and make sure we have been positioned to maximize the impact of tapcart across all of our channels. He is highly driven to help his clients succeed also aided in adjusting his advice to fit our brand, as opposed to a one size fits all approach that most account reps take.

We've been using Tapcart for about a year and a half. It's incredibly easy to use and update, and their staff is very responsive regarding potential bugs or updates. To make the most of your app, there's a little bit of a learning curve, but once you get it, it becomes 2nd nature to change things. The app is quick and sleek, and makes it easy to showcase our brand in a way that a mobile browser can't handle as easily.

Going with Tapcart as our mobile app solution has been one of the best decisions we've ever made. It allowed us to monetize a whole new channel for us and gave our customers a much more personalized shopping experience with our brand. The feedback we have received from our customers has been outstanding. They're spending more on the app and we've seen a really high engagement rate. Best of all, we were even able to launch Tapcart in less than 2 weeks! It was that fast and easy. The staff at Tapcart has been incredible, in particular our account rep Lauren, who is so knowledgeable, proactive and helpful to us - we can't thank them enough. Overall the app works well - we're still on a more basic plan so there are some limitations (hence the 4*), but looking into possibly upgrading to get the full works soon. What is great is the dedicated service provided - our account manager Tyler works closely with us with regular calls to share ideas, best practices and support for our campaigns - he's been a massive help to understand how we can get the most out of our app and subscribers.

Tapcart is an incredible app. Allows us to quickly launch a mobile app and cater better to our most loyal customers. The app pushes allow us to market to a select group effectively.
