Great idea but the app is a little buggy. Sometimes customer don't realize they've signed up for the subscription and the manage subscription page is showing us as an error for the customer. Not the best customer experience and i am hoping it will be resolved soon.
So many issues with customers adding their addresses and being rejected when the address is correct. Also, cannot send a client a Pay Now link if it is subscription based product. With modern e-commerce, that's the quickest way to lose a customer ready to purchase on the spot.
It’s ok but I would like more control to edit contracts when customers have alterations to their contracts this should be easier to manage.
My customers are unable to canel or suspend
We haven't used this yet so we can't rate it.
The customer can't cancel their own subscriptions. Poor customer experience.

The Shopify Subscriptions app is easy to enable, but that’s where the positives end. The feature set is extremely limited, with little flexibility, poor visibility into subscription issues, and insufficient tools to manage failed payments or customer experience. For a native Shopify app, this feels unfinished. Fine for the most basic use cases. Merchants with real subscription volume or customer expectations should strongly consider paid alternatives.
Customers cannot find the unsubscribe easily.
