Shopify Subscriptions

The Shopify Subscriptions app works well overall, but there's a significant gap for non-physical subscription businesses like ours. We run a streaming platform, and the customer portal displays "Deliver every year" under each membership plan — language that implies physical shipping and is confusing for our members. There is currently no way to customize this label. The delivery frequency string is hardcoded, CSS/JS overrides can't reach the portal since it's rendered on Shopify's domain, and Shopify support confirmed there's no native setting to change it. For streaming services, membership sites, SaaS products, and any other non-physical subscription business, this is a real brand problem. "Deliver every year" next to a digital membership looks like a bug to our customers. The fix is simple: allow merchants to override the delivery frequency display label in the app settings. Please prioritize this for non-physical subscription use cases.

Liebes Shopify Team, vielen Dank für diese tolle App. Nur zwei Verbesserungsvorschläge: 1. Standardmäßig wählt das Widget im Stil "Karte" und "Dropdown" die Abo-Variante aus. Will der Kunde ein Produkt nur einmalig kaufen, muss er die Abo-Variante erst aktiv abwählen. Das ist lästig und fehleranfällig. Bitte baut eine Möglichkeit ein, dass standardmäßig "einmaliger Kauf" vorausgewählt ist. 2. Wenn ein Abo einen Rabatt beinhaltet, ändert sich der angezeigte Preis automatisch. Was sich allerdings nicht ändert, ist der Grundpreis. Dieser wird immer so angezeigt, als handelte es sich um einen "einmaligen Kauf". Vielleicht könnt ihr eine Möglichkeit finden, dass auch der Grundpreis an den Abo-Preis automatisch angepasst wird. Vielen Dank!

Does what it should, but can be improved on.

I wish there was a better sorting function and more information on the screen. I would like to be able to see on the main screen when a customers subscription is going to renew. I'd also like to be able to sort by the type of subscription so I can bring up all like ones to see what is coming up. I have yearly and monthly and want be able to see what is coming up

This gets the job done! Extremely simple and streamline.
