There is not enough data for me to troubleshoot when customers subscriptions need to be managed and now TWICE I have had a customer's subscription skip when they did not want it to. Not card processing issues. The only thing that happened is both customers had skipped the previous month. No help from support.

Needs improvment on customer subscription management side. Broken links and poor flexibilty in subscriptions.

Doesn't link properly with my inventory. I missed 3 months of subscriptions and had multiple customers cancel their subscriptions. I was on with customer service dozens of times but no one could identify the issue. I do not recommend this service.

1) Unable to easily create subscriptions for entire vendors at once 2) Unable to easily change date of next shipment (can only change frequency)

We were hoping to integrate this into a monthly donation for our non profit partners. But there was no way to change the code where the wording says, "Deliver every month" to "Recurring donation every month". Our donors would be confused thinking that we would be delivering something to them every month. We had to abandon the idea and are looking for another way to do monthly partnerships through our non profit. Support couldn't helpe us because the coding to change these words is not available to them or us.

None of our customers can access their accounts and this has caused a lot of extra work for us and frustration for our customers. Lots of cancellations....

Not much you can do in this app- some other features would be very nice!!!

There is something wrong with the way it installed. The app shows the "deliver every month" part on the bottom of every product page in addition to the correct position.
