The app is pretty good but would be good if there was "add to next shipment" functionality for them to be able to add additional one-time items to the same shipment.

It's great that's it's free. So far we do not have a lot of customers on subscription so it works fine, but when you need to make changes to the subscription it's very limited choice. For example, I can not remove shipping costs from ongoing subscriptions. I once tried to change the frequency of the subscription and it didn't count from the last purchase date but count from today. It's quite annoying, but for a small store with few subscriptions it does the job.

For an app that is free, it's good. There are a few functionality things that I wish it had (i.e., ability to change the charge dates based on customer requests).

使いにくい部分が多々あります。 送料や商品の価格変更があった際に、サブスクリプションの価格変更をしてほしい。 私は最低限のことができるので、こちらのソフトでも問題ないないのだけど、こちらからデータ変更ができないのが非常にもったいない。

I have liked Subscriptions so far. I use it for a monthly club I have a subscription for. The one thing I don't like is that the options say "Deliver monthly/yearly" etc.. and the word Delivery doesn't make any sense for what I do and it isn't changeable. Other than that I have found it a good app and will continue to use it.

I like this app so far but would LOVE it if I could set the dates in advance for the fulfillment. I offer Seasonal boxes that go live quarterly on the first of the month 4 times per year. I have had to get another app that handles pre-orders so that I can do this and customers know what to expect.
