very limited with giving customer flexabilty

you can't set up a fixed date to charge customers( on the first day of the month for example)

it is limited - customers want to be able to add one off products to their subscriptions and can't. It's also not easy to find a customer within the app. It's very limited.

randomly stopped loading on my website

i've tried to cancel this multiple times but i'm still getting charged

There needs to be a search bar for contracts

It looks awful. Please allow more customization options for the widget so it can be on brand.

confusing to set up

the radio buttons for subscribing are seven screens below my check out screen, no one can find not will they scroll that deep to subscribe I'm not happy

customers can unsubsribe right away, take the discount and run...not okay

It doesn't appear near "add to cart" as an option. Its at the very bottom of the page where no one goes.
