i dont understand how this works
There is no customer service when help is needed, and the link to manage the subscription on the customer side never works. I constantly receive requests from my customers asking for updates.

the reporting is very weak. we cant' see next order date without clicking into contracts individually. it makes inventory management extremely cumbersome
Unfassbar wie schlecht diese App programmiert ist. Wir zahlen so viel Geld für Shopify und man kann NICHTS personalisieren. Das Widget ist ein lebloser Kasten der Designtechnisch nach totalem Mist aussieht. Die Art und Weise wie Abos abgebucht werden sollen oder vom Kunden verwaltet werden sollen kann nicht geändert werden. Als Shop Inhaber kann man nichts dieser Abos anpassen. Noch nicht mal verschiedene Abo Intervalle sind verfügbar
the features are rediculoously limited and you can't move up a sub date or change the date or do barely anything. Horrible features.
Once a customer's card expires, they update it, but it still doesn't register in the system so their order keeps declining causing me to cancel on my end for them and them starting over from scratch. I've had multiple complaints about this.
It's kinda lame that Shopify couldn't have put more attention towards the only subscription service that is offered outside of the many other expensive options I examined. This really doesn't have the flexibility needed for my business. You can't even adjust the dates charged outside of skipping or shifting my a week or monthly. I can't believe how much I pay for Shopify and how little I get for that monthly payment. It's easier to cancel a subscription and start over than to edit it. My customers can't even access their end of the subscription website.

Después de cierto tiempo, la plataforma deja de permitirme colocar labels o etiquetas en mis conversaciones, lo cual es muy complicado para mi trabajo porque manejo muchos proyectos y necesito organizarlos correctamente. Las etiquetas funcionan al inicio, pero luego desaparece la opción y no puedo volver a usarlas. Esto afecta mi productividad y la manera en que archivo y gestiono la información. Needs to be much cleaner on the front end of the website. Like a drop down to choose which frequency, also needs to have a customer portal integrated directly into the dashboard of the store.
