UI is terrible. Should work with bundles, but it doesn't, which creates huge issues in tracking my inventory, because i have to use workarounds like creating an item that is a multipack, but then the inventory tracking is way off. boooooo. otherwise, barebones just fine.

It would be nice if Shopify Subscriptions app worked with the Shopify Bundles app
Love this for our start-up. Easy, free and gets the job done. Unfortunately, you can't change billing dates or the types of subscriptions through the admin console. You also can only offer one type of subscription. I wish there was a way to have more customization.
Not bad just needs a bit more customization and work ESPECIALLY on the design of the widget!! PLEASE!!
I was waiting so long for Shopify to implement subscriptions. But It is still missing crucial features.
A few things would massively elevate it. 1) Integration with Shopify's native Bundles app so you can bundle a subscription with a physical product at will. 2) The ability to offer the first year "free" followed by a recurring charge.
I wish there was a better way of seeing the future needs. If its a calendar or something... Right now, I do not know if I have a subscriptions for today, so I will wait till 10:01 to find out... ITs not broken, its just meh
Wish it had a bit more flexibility to add other products to the same subscription and the option to delay shipments rather fully pausing or skipping orders.
Very hard to get raw data to see what subscriptions are coming up. Not very user friendly on our end, not fantastic on the users end either
It's frustrating that Shopify Subscriptions doesn't offer better in-app analytics. Key use cases that are missing for us include by-store (physical retail) subscription pickup reporting. Each store struggles to review how by-store subscription pickups will happen in any given period. Additionally, there is little in the way of notification functionality to let us know when a new customers subscribes or cancels. We have to monitor this ourselves. Frankly, I believe this app could be so much more functional if Shopify would invest more in it's own app ecosystem instead of allowing third parties to milk Shopify Pro customers like us for every dollar just to implement a reasonable Wine Club (our store's use case).
