Just starting out with Shopney but so far the experience has been excellent with very helpful staff (especially Hazel!)

We're currently in the final stages of launching our mobile app at just 3 days of istalling Shopney, and the experience has exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you to Melissa, Serena, Sherpa, and especially Yasmin. They have been incredibly responsive through chat, no matter the time of day, and every question we've had has been answered quickly and clearly. We also had a one-on-one session with Yasmin, and she took the time to walk us through every detail until we were completely comfortable with the platform. Her knowledge of the app and her ability to explain everything in a simple, friendly way made a big difference. From configuring collections, product images, variants, search, the shopping cart, and other features, to integrating everything, the entire process has been surprisingly smooth. We were even able to complete a real purchase in test mode just two days after installing Shopney. If you're looking for a mobile app solution for your Shopify store, I highly recommend Shopney—not only because of the product itself, but because their support team genuinely cares about helping you succeed.
