VERY MIXED FEELINGS AT THE MOMENT, HAVE THE APP NOW FOR 20 DAYS , TRACKING FROM FACEBOOK STILL NOT WORKING , CLIENTS CANT SAVE PAYMENT FOR NEXT ORDER WITH IS A HUGE FACTOR TO CLIENTS RETURN AND PLACE MORE ORDER MORE OFTEN. I WILL CAME BACK TO REVIEW AGAIN , BUT AT THE MOMENT 3 WEEKS IN SALES HAVE NOT IMPROVED AND WE ARE MAKING LESS PROFTI AS WE ARE GIVING CLIENTS DISCOUNST TO PLACE ORDERS THROUGHT THE APP . THINGS TAKE TOO LONG TO BE SORTED. I WILL CAME BACK TO REVIEW IT AGAIN AAS AT THE MOMENT I AM NOT SURE IT SHOULD KEEP THE APP

Doesn't work with any shopify app that controls order pickup/delivery date or time -- in other words, if you want a mobile app where customers can set the date/time that they'd like to pick up or receive their order (based on settings like your hours, lead time, delivery zone, product availability, etc.) then Shopney is not the app builder for your store. Also, Shopney's latest update puts app and mobile device info into the "Additional Details" section of shopify orders. This has caused issues with ShipStation and more. It took a lot of time and effort to get Shopney support to actually read our notes about these issues and examine the examples we provided them, and the response we got from Shopney support can be paraphrased as "not our problem."

If you're not sure if this App builder is for you here are some things to consider from a long-time user; It's easy to setup and design. It looks nice and it's easy for customers to use It's very basic, don't expect anything fancy, even with the highest-paid tier. There is no option to offer cart deals or sales incentives besides discounts and loyalty on the highest tier. It does not integrate with the new Shopify customer login update (2024) making customers confused and annoyed. There is zero analytics. The App has issues with Paypal and Android If your store becomes popular, you will outgrow this APP and its limited features fast. If you have issues with Google etc and setting up the APP they will tell you to fix it yourself, don't expect any help. Customer service is okay for basic issues.

Haven't published an app yet, but I had a short call with Melissa. She is helpful and I will wait for her feedback on a few things to carry on with the next steps. Edit: there is a clear weakness in their technical team. We've been trying to resolve a simple issue with regards to the checkout language for 2 weeks now with no results.

We had a bumpy start, then we were then okay for 3 months plus. However the limitations of this app are frustrating in exchange for the premium nature. I have decided to move due to unresolved issues again, i wanted to do so before the next payment date: they supplied the incorrect information to move providers, the app is being very glitchy and i find support underwhelming.
