We’ve had a great experience with Shopney. The platform is easy to use, well designed, and makes it incredibly simple to turn a Shopify store into a professional mobile app. Everything is intuitive, and there are plenty of useful customization options and features. What impressed us the most, however, is the customer support. The support team is extremely responsive, friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they took the time to understand the issue and helped us find a solution quickly. We are very happy with both the app and the service. Setting up my first mobile app was definitely a learning experience, but the Shopney team has been extremely helpful throughout the process. Serena was quick to respond, confirmed my Apple Developer setup, and explained exactly what happens next with submission. I really appreciate having actual support when I needed it. Serena helped me throughout the day today, answering all of my questions and even hopped on a call to explain things in further detail. From configuring collections, product images, variants, search, the shopping cart, and other features, to integrating everything, the entire process has been surprisingly smooth. We were even able to complete a real purchase in test mode just two days after installing Shopney.
