Great experience with Shopney so far. The setup process was smooth and the support team was extremely helpful. Yasmin guided me step by step through the Apple Developer setup and app submission process, answered all my questions clearly, and was very patient throughout the process. Excellent customer support. Highly recommended!

Setting up my first mobile app was definitely a learning experience, but the Shopney team has been extremely helpful throughout the process. Serena was quick to respond, confirmed my Apple Developer setup, and explained exactly what happens next with submission. I really appreciate having actual support when I needed it. I’m excited to see Girls Wear Jordans Too officially launch on the App Store!

Serena helped me throughout the day today, answering all of my questions and even hopped on a call to explain things in further detail. I appreciated her patience, willingness to help, and providing next steps with an expected timeline. I couldn't have done this without her guidance and because of her, I'm looking forward to a successful launch of my app!

Looks Great - on the 1st phase - support is excellent

Pretty awful customer service from fake overseas people. App frequently fails and dies b/c it must be maintained and updated and shopney does not offer the support required to keep it functional. Very expensive and customers complain about it too.
