The platform is easy to use, well designed, and makes it incredibly simple to turn a Shopify store into a professional mobile app. Everything is intuitive, and there are plenty of useful customization options and features. What impressed us the most, however, is the customer support. The support team is extremely responsive, friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. Setting up my first mobile app was definitely a learning experience, but the Shopney team has been extremely helpful throughout the process. Serena was quick to respond, confirmed my Apple Developer setup, and explained exactly what happens next with submission. I really appreciate having actual support when I needed it.
