This is an excellent app conversion platform. 1. They have a dedicated online chat window. Compared to many other apps (which mostly rely on email communication with slow response times), their customer service responded very promptly during our 20-day app rollout, helping us quickly understand the process and build the app. 2. For more complex layouts and customized needs, their customer service went all out to help us build the app. I give them 100 points. 3. There were no hidden fees; the monthly fee was transparent and open. The collaboration was very pleasant!

Shopney's support team is hands down the best I've worked with! Hazel was incredibly responsive and fixed all my app design issues (like price formatting and search suggestions) in minutes. Setting up the app was so easy – no coding knowledge needed at all. Any GCC business owner who wants to launch their mobile app can choose Shopney – you don't have to hire any software engineer or app developer for it. You can launch on both iOS App Store and Google Play Store smoothly. Highly recommend for any Shopify store owner!
