Excellent Customer Services!

If you're not sure if this App builder is for you here are some things to consider from a long-time user; It's easy to setup and design. It looks nice and it's easy for customers to use It's very basic, don't expect anything fancy, even with the highest-paid tier. There is no option to offer cart deals or sales incentives besides discounts and loyalty on the highest tier. It does not integrate with the new Shopify customer login update (2024) making customers confused and annoyed. There is zero analytics. The App has issues with Paypal and Android If your store becomes popular, you will outgrow this APP and its limited features fast. If you have issues with Google etc and setting up the APP they will tell you to fix it yourself, don't expect any help. Customer service is okay for basic issues.

Appears to be very easy integration, quick and convenient. It has all that is necessary for D2C App. Not ready yet for full B2B features, but the Support Team has the right attitude in listing to feedback. Overall good experience!

We have had a lovely experience with Shopney--The app is easy to build/design and customer service is always so helpful. Our customers seem to appreciate the convenience of the app and I think it helps to build more sales. I like that customers can easily ask us questions and we can also send out app notifications as well.

We're a small business based out of Nigeria and I have been so impressed with the service and customer support offered by Shopney. Before I signed up, I had A LOT of questions and Kyle patiently answered every single question for me. I was curious about whether our payment processor is compatible with the app and other context specific questions. When I finally signed up, I received so much support from Lara, who basically hand held me through the whole process and even designed our app for free! I am truly grateful for the support I received. It's not a joke when Shopney say that you can have your app ready in a matter of days/weeks. Ours will be ready in approximately 2 weeks pending the Developer account setup. By the way, I tried out other apps and the customer support I received was nowhere close to the support from Shopney. If you're not sure whether Shopney is the right app for your business, trust me, just sign up.

Great customer service.

This is one of the best companies I've ever worked with. The customer support is THE absolute best I've ever received. Hazel is AMAZING along with the rest of the team, everyone is so willing to help and make everything easy. Honestly they put you in a good mood with how positive they are! Shopney works perfectly with our Shopify store, I've been very surprised how good everything looks and how smooth it is.
