I'm in the process now of developing my App. The team that I've spoken to (Hazel/ Lara/ Melissa) are actually quite frightening in how responsive they are to all my queries. We always wanted to have an app for our store. However we thought it would be super hard as we do not know any kind of coding. I give this app a 5 star I didn't know what I was doing I just know I wanted a App for my online boutique. I looked at the reviews and stars and gave it a try at first i thought $99 a month was a lot but boy will I tell you its wirth it I love my app just waiting for publication approval. Everything was pretty easy they had little info icons to help you along the way but when i needed help their customer service was so bomb i give them a 10 for customer service Lara helped me with every question was very respectful and beyond helpful! she made the process extra easy and she always responded like immediately i love this app so far and I plan on sticking with them! Thanks Lara!!!!

They are very prompt and helpful with customer service. I have never experienced a time where they took a long time to get back to me about a question. The building of the app is fairly easy.

So far this experience been absolutely incredible. I searched a very long time finding the right app to publish my store on and I am so glad I chose them. Very helpful, walk you through everything and they don't sit back and let you waste you trial period. They help you push through publishing and getting it done so it doesn't go to waste. As this stuff can be tedious and hard for people, plus, take a while to get all the necessary information, I am glad they have the team to help through it all.
