Haven't published an app yet, but I had a short call with Melissa. She is helpful and I will wait for her feedback on a few things to carry on with the next steps. Edit: there is a clear weakness in their technical team. We've been trying to resolve a simple issue with regards to the checkout language for 2 weeks now with no results.

Serena was FABULOUS! I tried two other apps that claimed to be easy to build and the customer service were not great. I have to say, Serena made my decision to go with Shopney easy. She helped and answered every question i had within minutes. Thanks and much appreciated Serena

Very helpful and quickly responds to my questions. Designing the app was easy and when I got stuck customer service was there to step me through it. Five stars all the way!

So far, so good. We have completed the artwork sufficient for launch and found the app (and the support team) excellent. We're at the submission to Google/Apple stage, so I'll update this review in a few weeks; however, I'm - at this stage - pleased I chose Shopney. Thanks, Shopney team :-)
