Love is just always in the air when it comes on to Shopney, its like valentines day with roses and chocolate they way how the customer services are on point. Honestly the team really looks out for their customers and to share a quick story i was struggling financially to get what they had as a deal for me but I still couldn't afford it and decided i was just gonna look else where, and the team reached out to me and made me a even better offer deal and they kept me close and made me feel appreciated so 100 more stars to shopney and 1million hearts to lara!!!!!!! you know how i feel about us already lol:-)

Service is great as they always make sure everything is up to date in the app store, also when even we have an issue emails are responded promptly, no complaints so far.

If I could give these guys 50 stars, I would! Their customer support and speed of response is what I strive for as a business owner. I know that if I have a question, it’s going to get answered FAST. They have been so unbelievably helpful, and I have had a lot of questions and concerns, and after speaking with the team, they have all been addressed far beyond what I would have expected. If you’re wanting to get an app up and running, Shopney needs to be your first stop. And I promise, it will be the last. You won’t have to look any further. ***There was no incentive for this review. I've been a Shopney user for over 2 years and have had nothing but great experiences. Their customer service is always tops. Nothing ruins an experience like slow or clunky customer service, and whenever I've had to chat with them, it's been quick and pleasant and my issues are always resolved promptly.

Incredible Service! I would highly recommend. Tried some other apps first and had a bad experience.. switched to Shopney and have had the best experience out of any shopify app. Outside of the service the app is more advanced than the other apps too!

I've been using this app for a while. I love it. My customers love it. Customer service is prompt and friendly. I just wish it would allow me to live stream directly in the app. That would make this app even better

There are a lot of options to app-ify your Shopify store. You can code it yourself or entrust a 3rd party to write the framework for you. After working with Melissa at Shopney, I am confident that despite being able to code the app myself, I am making the right choice by handing that work over to Shopney so I can focus on what matters -- providing the best customer experience I can.
