Shopney ‑ Mobile App Builder

We had a bumpy start, then we were then okay for 3 months plus. However the limitations of this app are frustrating in exchange for the premium nature. I have decided to move due to unresolved issues again, i wanted to do so before the next payment date: they supplied the incorrect information to move providers, the app is being very glitchy and i find support underwhelming.

Melissa was very patient and walked me through the set-up instructions for integrating my app with Facebook. The entire Shopney team has been very communicative and kept me in the loop through every step of the process with Apple and Google. I'm very happy with how easy designing my app was and the detailed step-by-step (with visuals) instructions for the app integrations once my app went live. Smooth and supportive experience!

I was quite happy with this app until we ran into constant problems with the discount codes. We had to pull two arranged discount campaigns as help didnt' come back to us fast enough and when WE thought we had fixed it ourselves it's happened now again and we've had to pull a third campaign because it could be hours again before someone helps. This is probably the only reason I would delete this App, other than that it's really good but I have no confidence in the discounts working.

I've been a Shopney user for over 2 years and have had nothing but great experiences. Their customer service is always tops. Nothing ruins an experience like slow or clunky customer service, and whenever I've had to chat with them, it's been quick and pleasant and my issues are always resolved promptly.

Incredible Service! I would highly recommend. Tried some other apps first and had a bad experience.. switched to Shopney and have had the best experience out of any shopify app. Outside of the service the app is more advanced than the other apps too!

There are a lot of options to app-ify your Shopify store. You can code it yourself or entrust a 3rd party to write the framework for you. After working with Melissa at Shopney, I am confident that despite being able to code the app myself, I am making the right choice by handing that work over to Shopney so I can focus on what matters -- providing the best customer experience I can. I own a small business and I wanted a mobile app that would sync with my online Shopify store and make shopping a little easier for my customers. I reviewed the various mobile app builders and Shopney had great reviews. So I gave it a try and I'm happy I did. There customer service was outstanding. I'm not the most computer savvy person, and that was ok because the Shopney staff either walked me through a process or offered to complete part of a process for me. Their email response was great. They sent me the required links I would need to register with Apple and Google, which included step by step instructions with visual aids. It was all very helpful. Thank you to Shopney staff for your exceptional service and a great mobile app for my small business. It's truly appreciated.
