Me ha parecido una buena aplicación, el único detalle por el que le pongo 4 estrellas es que su plan cambió y no me enteré. Por lo cual tuve cobros elevados que no esperaba, sin embargo su servicio a cliente fue rápido y me ayudo a ajustar la tarifa.

I used this app to create urgency and allow potential and current customers to see what items have been bought recently. When dealing with customer service I always had a good experience.

We contacted the support team in April 2022 about an issue with the review pop ups showing the incorrect city of almost all customers. It shows only one city, which is the one our business is based at. Imagine visitors seeing all such review pop ups with the same city. Wouldn't they feel suspicious of those reviews possibly being all fake, while they are in fact, all valid? This issue has been ongoing and unresolved, despite us having contacted the support team since April 2022. We granted collaborator access in April 2022. According to Shopify, no one has logged on to look at our issue since then. We're very disappointed in the extremely poor customer service. Very unprofessional.

Although not an excuse - we recently went through some changes in the administration as well as with most of the team. great layout, customer service was quick with pulling in my previous orders and responding quickly. The app is a bit pricey which is why I took of 1 star but if it helps with my conversion over the next 7 days I will keep it.

Customer service is perfect. We had a billing issue , they solve this problem within few minutes and offered a free three months. We trust that this app will help and support our store for more sale and customers

It's the BEST "Sales Pop" app you're going to find in the whole Shopify App Store or anywhere else! It took me so much time to find a Sales Pop Service which includes "added to cart" pops without charging you a fortune. They have everything you'd need for totally fair prices! Plus: The customer service is super helpful, kind and accommodating!! I'm super happy! :)
