This app seems great however the session counting is inaccurate. I've had about 30 visitors to my site today but the dashboard is reading that I've had 700 sessions. This is concerning since they charge by session.
Hi, thank you for taking the time for the review, we appreciate your feedback, Now about the session counting it is important to note that in POP a session is defined as every time the script is loaded in your shop, this means that the script can be loaded multiple times during one customer visit by opening a new tab or entering the site twice. So as you can see visitors does not equal sessions, feel free to reach out to us if you have any more questions or doubts we will be happy to clarify,

Great way to generate extra add-to-cart products and up AOV. Sales numbers are a little inflated as total cart value is drawn to total 'sales' instead of individual products that have been added to the cart from POP!.
We appreciate your feedback! There are many factors involved when we pull this information from every transaction, such as discounts, cancellations, or refunds. Rest assured that we will continue working to improve these metrics ;)

Il faudrait ajouter certaines explications plus précices concernant certaines applications, cependant le service client est très réactif et a pu m'éclairer rapidement. Ils m'ont également prolongé ma période d'essai.

Great app. Wish the app was more affordable though. $30 is a lot for a social proof app. Needs better pricing for sure but good overall.

Its a great app. Easy to use and clean pop ups. A bit more clarification is needed in terms of rules of the free trial. Better clarification of user being transferred to paid plan automatically (once free trial ends) would be great.
