To be honest the site has been very slow so I did not get enough traffic to make this app useful enough to make an accessment.

i don't know yet - just installed and you're asking me to review too soon ;) And now there's a minimum character count.

Customer service is great! Very helpful and Quick message back! However no conversions from this app.

I'm intrigued by this app as a consumer i know seeing that others are purchasing gives me more confidence to also buy but if they want ppl to dish out 30 a month they should at least include metrics with the free version because i truly cannot tell when a conversion is because of this app or just cus. and u want me to pay. i need to see this is actively working. you should consider giving ppl a chance to use the app with metrics available. only data talks to me, ot

I chose the free plan, but am not able to get it to say "in" rather than "en" in the pop. "Hannah en Ithaca, NY purchased..." - it should be in.

I don't like the pop shows the added to cart for countries I do not sell/ship to. I LOVE everything else about this app! I can't believe we get it free!

Overpriced for a simple popup on a website. They updated the plugin a while back and have styled it in a way that prevents your CSS overrides. Does what it's supposed to - so it gets a few stars. Will be uninstalling for an alternative.

I have had this installed for about a week now and I love the concept and I want to love this app but it doesn't seem to import all my sales despite re-importing them at the advice of the support team. Also, I see a lot of add to carts but then I don't see the abandoned carts...so I am not entirely sure I trust all the data it claims to be capturing. I am going to give it a little more time to see if things improve before I revisit my rating.

I am still starting on shopify and hope this app will increase sale conversion when the store is live

We just installed it and we are going to prove how it works. For now we are selling but do not jump the popup, I do not know if it takes a long time to leave or it does not work: S

good app, hope it increases my sales. very good templates to choose from and very nice integration with shopify

It basically works, but when I use it in French the sales pop message sometimes doesn't make any sense... like "a customer has bought some *product name* 20 hours ago". Of course the message is in French but this is the kind of grammar nonsense. Still no answers from their support... after more than 10 days.

This app helped me boost sales by enabling social proof for other customers. Please try this app before trying others.

It's an app to build trust and loyalty based on the peer-pressure mentality. I wish it had more to it.
