The app is good in general. I just want to evaluate things first prior updating on the growth plan. :) Their customer support service is responsive and polite, they will assist in the best they can.

Great app for helping shoppers feel like they are shopping with other people. Makes things feel a little more human or relatable. This app has really developed and now offers a lot of sales tools. Looking forward to training videos on how to incorporate them into my site.

Installed this app recently. Does what is advertised and has good customization. Would recommend for your Shopify website.

They bill based on a per-session basis, but the information they can provide around how many sessions were triggered is limited and makes very little sense. In the app, it shows that I had more sessions than pops - that means that I was billed for sessions in which no popup even showed. That makes no sense, and when I tried to get more info I was given a long response with no explanation or substance whatsoever. You can't trust their numbers, and they will overbill you as a result.

I LIKE THIS APP, IT HELPS TO VALIDATE MY SALES AND HELP CUSTOMERS SEE THAT OTHER PEOPLE ARE ACTUALLY PURCHASING ITEMS AND ADDING ITEMS TO THEIR CART FROM MY STORE. I LIKE IT BECAUSE IT HELPS OTHER BUYERS FEEL MORE CONFIDENT WITH THEIR PURCHASES

I like this app as it gives an assurance to the visitor that people buy from this site. The pop ups are nice and quite pleasing to the eye.

great app to provide social proof for new stores. the initial default settings had to be changed as it was popping up too much on our website. changing the settings was easy. we got moved to the next tier automatically and consequently charged extra above our plan, however that was fixed by customer service.
