I've been using this for a few months now and have been very satisfied with how it works. The setup options are many and clearly given so you can make it work how it needs to for your situation. Had an issue figuring out how to add SKU's to existing product one evening so messaged thru the chatbot. Within a couple of hours I had the solution emailed to me (I had missed a checkbox). Very impressive customer service!

Shuttle made it easy to transfer my existing Etsy listings into my new Shopify website! There are a lot of features that are beyond my technical capabilities that I haven't used yet, and the customer support is great. Would recommend to anyone looking to set up their own website with an existing Etsy shop.

This app works great, it honestly saves a lot of time for me. I'm able to get all the orders, products and reviews from etsy to shopify. At first I transfered just a few, just to check how it works and I was so pleased with it that I got the pro plan so it all happens automatically. I had an issue with note to a customer when fulfilling my orders and the support was so lovely. They added a place for me to add a custom note for my customers with a variable of the customers first name so it is filled automatically. Now I can keep the same very personal tone with my customers without the need to manually switch the names each time I complete an order. I really recommend this app - apart form it being such a time saver, the support is trully amazing so you'll definitelly get your money's worth <3

Best Etsy sync app available (and I've tried pretty much all of them). Application is developed well and has many sync features that other Etsy Sync apps do not. Support is very responsive, and very open to ideas and continuing to improve the Application. I've worked in IT for 15+ years so I have a lot of experience dealing with software/app support, and the support for this app outshines any support I have dealt with in the past. I highly recommend giving this a try, and do not hesitate to reach out to support with any questions or issues, they will gladly assist

I would give this app 10 stars if I could! I had put off listing all my products on my website (keeping them mostly on Etsy) because I was worried about the inventory updating. I wish I had known about Shuttle sooner! I was able to transfer all my products to Shopify easily. I love this app! Everything works seamlessly and effortlessly. I have had a few questions and Nemo has been right there with thorough and quick answers! I highly recommend Shuttle!

I've been using this app to transfer Etsy orders for awhile now. It's greatly simplified our workflow! It's pretty much set-it-and-forget-it if you want to keep things simple, but there are also lots of customizable details if you're a more advanced user and need additional functionality. Nimo sends regular updates with feature improvements!

10/10 I highly recommend this app! It makes syncing between Etsy & Shopify super seamlessly and I couldn't run my business efficiently without it! I've recommended Shuttle to several other shops who all love it and thank me so much for the recommendation! Also their customer service is 10/10, whenever I've had a question they've been able to help me super quickly!

Absolutely outstanding support from the developer - quick, courteous responses to any concerns and they have quickly implemented several enhancements we requested to improve product transfer functionality - one of them the very same day!

This company is rapid, compared to others, to respond and help with any issues. We have a sizeable Etsy store and have gone through several syncing apps but have yet to be successful. Inventory was always a mess. We are months into this one with no issues.

Update for 2025 This is probably the best app for transfering to Etsy, nothing compares to this app. We have used for several years and its the most stable and bullet proof system out there... Shuttle has saved me hours and has every setting I need to tweak for my store. Support is 100% the developer is always on hand to help or add in updates for me. If your looking to add a lot of products from Etsy to Shopify this is the best app out there I have tested all of them and this is light years ahead of anything else.

The sync is typically very fast, when I get a new order on Etsy, a lot of the time I get the email from Shopify saying new order faster than the Etsy app or Etsy email notifies me. This sync has also been very reliable so far as well, this is worth it if you have an Etsy store.

This app has made such a difference to our business. We would have given up on maintaining an Etsy site alongside our Shopify store long ago without it. Nimo is constantly adding new features making it better and better.

This app makes it so easy to integrate our Shopify products with our new Etsy store. I had trouble with the integration at first, so I emailed Nimo for assistance. He was quick to reply and provided a step-by-step instructions if I got stuck again. He also helped with advising the best plan to switch to when our trial was up. Oh, the trial was great too - 30 days is more than enough time to test this app out. If you're looking for an easy way to integrate your Shopify with Etsy or your Etsy with Shopify, I highly recommend this app!

After trying other apps I found shuttle .. as an Etsy seller with over 5000 items I needed the right app to sync with a newly created shopify website .. I’m not super techy and needed help to guide me through and nimos help was invaluable whilst I got to grips with the system … it’s blooming brilliant once you have the shuttle set up to suit your business it just does it’s thing … the money I hope to save on some of my Etsy fees will more than cover the monthly cost. In summary super accurate technology with email support with clear concise responses, links and visuals for you every step of the way Thank goodness I found shuttle ! Karen lalavintagejewellery
