Working with Spencer at Signifyd has been a great experience. Our store has recently seen an increase in chargebacks, so we knew we needed to make adjustments to ensure we had stronger protection in place. Spencer helped guide us through switching to a new plan that better fit our current needs and risk level, and he made the entire process extremely smooth from start to finish and promptly answered any and all questions we had.
