We have been partnered with Signifyd for quite some time now, and so far the level of service they provide with securing and protecting not just our business but the customers' safety in online shopping platform too, has exceeded our expectations. We have been using Signifyd for a long while now. Earlier this year, they took the initiative to contact us since we were on a really old plan and they were looking to shift everyone off. Their team is very patient and transparent with us throughout the entire process. We had to get this approved by Upper Management and everything. Their team is very knowledgeable and it shows that they work and communicate very well. After the contract was signed, their implementation teams and the Customer Success Manager took care of us from getting everything ready on the backend to implementation. We did have a fraud attack a while back and this definitely did scare us, but their app took care of the fraudsters and their team did a great job explaining everything that was going on and resolutions for any issues that come up. I highly recommend Signifyd for your fraud protection needs.

They strive to set up quarterly meetings to know what is coming with your business so they can prepare to support you adequately. We have been using Signifyd for approximately 3~ years, it does exactly what it describes - provides full fraud analysis, guarantees safe transactions and rejects fraudulent ones. Initially our chargeback rate was a little high while the network was growing and learning - and in every instance we were promptly provided full reimbursement for all guaranteed orders through Signifyd. The system has gotten so good now that we receive next to no chargebacks anymore, not to mention the countless hours we've not had to spend manually reviewing every order, and of course money that we would have lost from fraudulent orders.

We invested in Signifyd over 3 years ago and have never looked back! Great customer service with a product that keeps getting better. We use the Guarnateed service on all payments and we no longer waste manual time checking fraud. If one does get through the net we're covered and we get paid back (plus the chargeback) within 3 days. LampsUSA has used Signifyd for 2 years and it works very well. It sometimes takes a few hours to get approved on suspicious orders, but we know not to ship until we get approval. They are really quick to pay if an order does turn out to be fraudulent. We average only about 1 a year. Recommended!
