We invested in Signifyd over 3 years ago and have never looked back! Great customer service with a product that keeps getting better. We use the Guarnateed service on all payments and we no longer waste manual time checking fraud. If one does get through the net we're covered and we get paid back (plus the chargeback) within 3 days. We looked at other platforms and settled on Signifyd and its one of our best decisions on SASS software, obviously on par with choosing Shopify. Thanks again Signifyd!!

Signifyd has been great for us. They manage all our chargebacks, which frees up our time to focus on what we do best. Overall has been a great experience.

I have used Signifyd for a few years with multiple different companies. At first I wasn't sure about the pricing but it has become worth it. the amount of time this app saves me is great and they also now handle all my chargebacks.

I use Signifyd for fraud protection for June and it's been really reassuring! I appreciate that they will take responsibility for any orders they believe to be authentic and will flag me for the ones they find troubling. They share the details on why it appears troubling and gives me the chance to reach out to the purchaser to ensure this order is intended to be ordered in a timely fashion. The dashboard is not that hard to use and I look forward to seeing product improvements on the dashboard to make the navigation even easier in terms of locating certain orders. I do hope they'll add more features or create more criteria fields verifying these orders. The team has a great communication attitude when discussing account or need more customer support.

Signifyd gets 5 stars for preventing fraud and notifying me immediately if any questions occur regarding my orders. Their service is excellent and they are a great provider of e-commerce fraud protection. I am very pleased with Signifyd!!

LampsUSA has used Signifyd for 2 years and it works very well. It sometimes takes a few hours to get approved on suspicious orders, but we know not to ship until we get approval. They are really quick to pay if an order does turn out to be fraudulent. We average only about 1 a year. Recommended!

This company is a scam. They charge me every month for the service but when I receive a charge back on an order that they said was okay to ship they always have an excuse on why it isn't covered. Not sure what I am paying for? Avoid this scam at all costs.

We use Signifyd on our wholesale watches & jewellery website, www.sell4profit.co.uk It enables us to feel confident when sending out orders. In the past we have used PayPal and we amounted a huge amount of chargebacks. So we are really happy that we have found this fantastic app, that seamlessly integrates to Shopify

BEWARE! We are a very high volume retail store + Shopify Plus Merchant, and work with quite a few applications, even during early beta stages. We have been a long time user of Signifyd, basically using their rating system to make final decisions on orders that were borderline cases. Recently we decided to try their guarantee option on some higher valued orders. Unfortunately we received a chargeback for one case that was approved + guaranteed. We followed all the guidelines and opened a reimbursement case, and this is where their true colors show. 1. 6 days after filing our case, we never received a response from their team. We sent 2 followup emails with no responses as well. 2. On the 9th day we checked the case again, and they labeled the case is ineligible because it has been past 30 days since they asked for more information. How does that make sense? We only opened the case 9 days ago. Now If you are going to use their system to just to just review information, the platform works fine, but if want to use their chargeback guarantee option, we highly recommend to stay away. This application is definitely too good to be true.

Everything started perfectly working for the 1st couple of months, however when 4 chargebacks came, they payed them off correctly but the system simply started to red flagg more than 50% of my orders. When i contacted customer support they said its because the system learns from the fraud orders, Maybe it has to do that my store is in Mexico, but they did told me they were able to provide the service perfectly in my country.

Saves us so much time! Worth every penny.

Do you ship 50+ orders a week on you Shopify store? Are you annoyed with constantly having to back check customers ordering from your website? These guys are for you. Within days we upped our revenue by: A) not having to contact the customer. B) not having to spend time with orders that were possibly fraudulent. C) not having to refund customers we would have otherwize without Signifyd Crazy easy to set up and mega convenient for medium to large volume shipping. Customer service they provide is on point too! This is a must have app. We received an order with billing and shipping addresses the same and a low risk from Shopify. In the old days, we would have shipped, confident that it was a good sale. Today, we use Signifyd to avoid this. In this case, one of my employees did not realize the guarantee was still in review and shipped anyway. Signifyd came back and said the order appeared fraudulent and we quickly contacted FedEx and had the package stopped and returned to us. That would have been a loss of several thousand dollars. Not only did we avoid a loss and chargeback, but by having a record of no chargebacks helps maintain a relationship with the payment processor. I cannot understand how any merchant would not use this app. Now, if only they come up with a fraud protection app!

This app is a must have for any ecommerce website. They are the most sophisticated fraud detection service provider out there. Beyond their easy to use platform, they have superb customer service, very prompt. If there was a sixth star to give in the reviews option, they would deserve. Customer for Life!

One of the better shopify apps in my opinion. The support has been incredible and they really work with you to find a solution that works for your business. It's nice to be able to pick up the phone and speak with someone right away. From what I have seen in the 3 months we have been a member the service just gets better with new features added often. Highly recommend for anyone with fraud concerns or large order volume. The app pays for itself in just the time it took our staff to manually verify 5-10 suspected fraud orders daily, not to mention these are guaranteed as opposed to our "educated guesses" on what to approve.

Lots of great data points for making a decision whether to accept or deny, and if you aren't sure submit it for insurance for a reasonable percentage of the order. I have used Cybersource's Decision Manager and Kount in the past before our site was on Shopify. Both were a pain to integrate and had user interface's that look straight out of the early 2000s when they were created. Signifyd has a nice user interface and integration with shopify is as simple as pushing a button.

If I were making recommendations to someone opening a shopify store, I would tell them that signifyd is the first app/service they should implement. For a fee of 1% of each sale, we get the same level of fraud protection that we were paying 8% for on ebay. That's a no-brainer. They also offer a 4% fee a la carte option where you can pick and choose the sales you are concerned about and ask them to guarantee only those. I imagine this would make sense for many shopify stores. And, again, that's only half of the fee that I pay ebay on every single sale for fraud protection! In addition, signifyd offers a ton of free* data about each sale and customer that goes well beyond what shopify and paypal offer: buyer's purchase history on other sites, names of other people/entities at delivery address, etc. Finally, the team at signifyd is excellent. When you email or call them, you get the sense that the person you're speaking to knows exactly what he or she is doing and is generally interested in helping you. A good feeling when you're dealing with something as important as fraud protection. It also feels like a big, professional company, which is a welcome change from some of the other app people I've contacted who seem to manage their shopify app as a hobby or side job. *free as long as you display their badge at the bottom of your site, which they will do for you, and actually looks good at the bottom of your webpage.
