Operational efficiency Before Signifyd our fraud team was looking up orders one by one in a manual time consuming process. Now with the Signifyd app, we have been able to review our orders far more quickly and with a greater confidence given the overwhelming data they provide for every order. This app has been able to flag charges which may appear fraudulent. It is simple to use and has been able to save us money by avoiding fraudulent charges. I have been impressed with the customer service and how quick the Signifyd team has been to questions and concerns. Highly recommend this app.

This app has been a tremendous addition to our order processing workflow. With order-processing time growing - its hard to make time to check for fraudsters. With Signifyd, they completely automate it and do all the hard work for you. It feels like they deeply check each person and give you the tools you need to decide on your own, if you so choose. Other services like this give you complicated data. Signifyd makes it simple, yet they show you all the data that they use to back up their decision. Not to mention, their customer service is awesome!
