Very bad customer service. Nobody replies on their chat box. They just give you price quotes if you have minimum 5 open orders, but they take too much time to return with a quote. Not efficient for my business. They are Brazilian-based, so no English support.

A Sihi chegou no momento que eu mais precisava: minha operação começou a crescer, chegou a nova taxação, eu estava começando a me enrolar. Mas a Sihi resolveu tudo, deixou toda a logística muito mais simples, desde a precificação até o tamanho certo dos produtos. Se a plataforma tem algum defeito, eu ainda não descobri!
