We've used the question and answer app heavily and we find it to be a great way to engage with casual visitors on our store. Often these lead to email exchanges and phone calls. We see so many sites with many questions and no answers, so we feel that our prompt and thorough answers are a good advantage for us. The app works fine, and the support has been great when we needed any adjustments to match our page theme and setup. Relatively easy to 're-integrate' when you change/update themes, but don't forget to test after theme updates.

Simple to set up but backed up by great support. It's worth checking with the developers if you don't think it's suitable as they were able to add the Q&A to a tab on our product pages. Looks very neat now https://www.horizonmicromobility.com/

This app is so easy to install and use. It has helped us collect questions from our customers and be able to respond in a timely manner. We have not had any issues with the app at all. When we wanted some help with layout on our new theme and adding a button Simprosys responded quickly and handled it for us right away! Great service and app!

Since we started using this app (5 years ago) and it was a great help for us to know what exactly are the questions running inside the brains of our clients while they are browsing our product page, thus we update the product description accordingly, on top of that the support was super helpful when we were switching to 2.0 theme they took care of the switch. This app helps keep your customers engaged and allows for you to answer questions asked by prospective buyers. When you answer, they get an email. Not just does it create a better product understanding, but brings the customer back to your site for purchase. It's easy to set up, and support is very responsive.
