This is one of our favourite apps and customers are actually using it. I am not sure if it helps with seo but if it does, then thats even better. We love that our customers can use this option rather than live chat or calling the main line. Great app ahead of its time!

Excellent addition to my website. This app is clean and adds value to product pages. I have received 2 questions from product pages from customers since 2/15/17. I installed the app and placed it where I wanted on my page. However I was having some technical issues that Amit quickly fixed. I really like this app and highly recommend it! UPDATE 10/13/17 - This app is one of the best free apps out there. Great for giving customers a way to answer questions, which are then posted on the product page if approved by you. It looks good and flows well within my website. UPDATE 10/15/21 - The service is great. I updated my store to the latest theme and they updated their widget within 1 day. Great response and quick to work on my store. I am a paid member and am happy with their product. https://www.discountdressshop.com

Customer service is very friendly and willing to create customizations on colors and placement of buttons! Turn around time for my special request was 24 hours and was greatly appreciated.

Prompt support. A great app. Been able to answer a few questions that others can see and decide about their purchase. Works perfect for my product and I'm very surprised to see how detailed a customer can get, which is great!

This app is so easy to install. Our customers love this app! The Questions are pouring in every day. It really helps us understand what content is missing in our descriptions and make it easier for our customers. When you answer a question, you can also reply directly to the customer and then post the answer. The content is searchable by google. I'd recommend the pro plan, so you can benefit by their excellent customer service. We used this company for the Google trusted store app too. FANTASTIC!
