Works really good, main feature is that bundles can be synced with Fb/Google as like normal products.

Customer service is extremely responsive, helpful and PATIENT! I can't thank Mariana enough for the detailed instructions and videos that eventually got me all set up.

It does what we need it to do after a lot of help from customer service. It's not intuitive and it's complicated. We basically only use it for one feature and haven't explored anything more complex. The ony thing I don't understand is why their product is $140.00 but charges $240 instead. You have to have a lot of bundles and sell a lot of bundles to make it worthwhile. It also wildly messed up our end of the year inventory and we had to manually recount this year. Last year we paid extra sales tax. Watch out. Apparently there is a fix, but whatever it is we haven't figured it out. Response from Simple Bundles explaining that we should not be able to see that the real price is less that what we are being charged and we are grandfathered in to a higher price. : Hi again team, Maria here with a follow-up on your case. Thank you for providing that information! If you were already on the paid plan, your plan should have been grandfathered in, and you should not have seen the new pricing. This is important because if you did, you may have lost your locked-in grandfathered price, which could explain why you are seeing the new pricing instead. Regarding the pricing concern, we wanted to clarify that the newer lower-priced plan is a different tier with more limited features and a 100-order cap, so it's not a direct equivalent to your current plan. Simple Bundle is essential for our business. We offer fairly unique bundle setups with multiple individual components, so we did a lot of research before choosing an app, and ultimately went with Simple Bundle. Setup was very straightforward and intuitive. We recently ran into a small issue caused by a changes on Shopify’s side. I’ve been in contact with the Simple Bundle team over the past 3 weeks, and I have to say their customer support is truly top notch. Honestly, I’ve rarely seen support this good. They guided me through everything, were very proactive with updates, kept me informed about the progress, and even opened a ticket with Shopify. In the end, they found a solution. Five stars from me. If I could give more, I definitely would.
