This is best for bundling items! Support team is right there, rapid response time, hands on help, they go above and beyond! A+ customer service. I use the bulk import function to easily create thousands of bundles. All syncing and operating properly. Lots of options to customize your bundles with easy to understand guides and resources. Excellent support. Stella, Maria, Camila, and Rosamie were all extremely helpful and worked with me to identify a Shopify Markets and shipping profile issue that was preventing my 3-Pack and 5-Pack bundle products from working correctly in New Zealand. The key issue was that the individual products used to build the bundles also needed to be available to ship to the same country where the bundles were being sold. In my case, I originally only intended to offer the 3-Pack and 5-Pack bundles in New Zealand, so the individual wristbands were not set up to ship there. As a result, Shopify treated the bundles as unavailable at checkout, even though the bundle products themselves were active. Once we made the individual wristbands available to the New Zealand market, the 3-Pack and 5-Pack bundles began working correctly. The team was patient, thorough, and helped me work through the issue until we found the correct setup. Thanks to their support, customers in both Australia and New Zealand can now purchase my single wristbands, 3-Pack bundles, and 5-Pack bundles without any checkout issues. Highly recommended.
