This app is really easy to use. The UI isn't easy to understand and well documented. The support staff are pretty responsive as well.

I would HIGHLY recommend this for an alternative to the native Shopify bundle options. It is easy to use and if you have any issues their support is 10/10. They offer quick response with proactive solutions, videos and explanations to get your issue resolved quickly. This has got to be the best service I have seen from an app company!

Mariana was so helpful in resolving a tricky shipping issue I was having with bundle products. I had been going in circles trying to get free shipping to apply correctly, and she explained everything clearly and guided me to a solution that worked straight away, without needing to change my whole setup. we sell cartons and single unit items, but due to a backend issue we can't sync both, as such we use this app to artificially create our cartons from the single unit stock. The app has been great for this purpose and is fairly easy to setup and get going and no issues with stock syncing between the 2. Support has also been quite helpful in answering questions around the original setup.

This is hands down the best bundle app available for converting existing variants into bundles of active or unlisted products. I am now using this app for two stores and it works beautifully. The best part is that I can use variants within a product to create the bundles for other variants. This allowed me to avoid having to create brand new products and create a mess of my store. The support staff has been especially helpful. They reply promptly and follow-up multiple times to make sure all my questions are addressed thoroughly.

The support team at Simple Bundles is genuinely excellent. I ran into a tricky inventory issue caused by a combination of Shopify's post-April 2024 fulfillable inventory enforcement and a combination of SKU and location settings. The team responded quickly (especially Hosanna), took the time to actually understand the problem, and proactively requested store access to investigate directly rather than sending generic troubleshooting steps. Issue resolved, bundles working perfectly. Highly recommended.

Works really good, main feature is that bundles can be synced with Fb/Google as like normal products.

Simple Bundle is essential for our business. We offer fairly unique bundle setups with multiple individual components, so we did a lot of research before choosing an app, and ultimately went with Simple Bundle. Setup was very straightforward and intuitive. We recently ran into a small issue caused by a changes on Shopify’s side. I’ve been in contact with the Simple Bundle team over the past 3 weeks, and I have to say their customer support is truly top notch. Honestly, I’ve rarely seen support this good. They guided me through everything, were very proactive with updates, kept me informed about the progress, and even opened a ticket with Shopify. In the end, they found a solution. Five stars from me. If I could give more, I definitely would.
