This app does exactly what I need for my shop, and the customer service is excellent. When I reached out about a customization, they got it done same day and even added additional functionality with custom Javascript to make everything perform even better for the customer. And this was when I was on the free tier - I have since upgraded.

Love that this is free and works with the basic Shopify plan. Even if you're limited to 3 for free, it's a great way to get started for a growing business. The instructional video is also a great help to get started. Much easier to use than some of the other bundle apps out there.

App works well - some things are a bit complex, but then so is the subject matter, so it's expected. Support was able to solve my help request quickly too - with a detailed response including video showing my own shop and the issue there - made it incredibly easy to understand.

Great app, i use the free plan and had an issue where it wouldn't show me what a customer had ordered. I had a reply within the hour and a solution straight away! (My upsell app stopped it from coming through). Deleted the upsell and all fixed.

Simple bundles has been a very easy app to use that has the features we need like selling a product (W) that consists of Product X and Product Y, and removing 1 inventory of each X and Y when selling W. The support staff is also fantastic, very very fast response. Much quicker than any other shopify app we've used. Shoutout to Shadia M. and David L. for their help.

Amazing support ! This app allows me to create packs merging variant's options. The support made a video to explain how to do that and it works perfectly.

I've been using this app for a couple of years now, and it's incredibly intuitive. On the rare occasion I run into something I can't figure out, the support team is quick to respond with clear, friendly guidance—often including helpful screenshots to walk me through the solution. Highly recommend!
