Finally an app that can create bundles that actually works. Tried several other apps that ultimately didn’t function properly. Not only is the app itself fabulous, but the customer service is A+. I had one issue with set up, sent an email request for support, and the issue was fully resolved in less than 12 hours. Raúl from the support team was amazing, as was Shadia. Highly recommended!

Stella, Oliver and Alfred were extremely helpful when I had an issue with the quick shop button on our 3p theme. The bundles weren’t properly previewing, but they escalated quickly and provided extremely thorough and detailed service. This app is really a lifesaver for anyone who wants to offer mix and match bundles especially with a high number of variants.

Great experience and great product! SBK does everything I needed and more. Their customer service is top-rate and for me, that’s every bit as important as the product itself. When an app breaks and support goes silent, the whole site is at risk. SBK is the opposite, they are there when needed. I was building a custom bundle. There were no issues with the core product, only with the custom functionality I was trying to layer on top. George and the SBK dev team stepped in, set everything up on a dev theme copy, let me review it, and made adjustments as needed. I then took their implementation and customized it further for my exact use case. First-rate service. SBK absolutely went the extra mile! Highly recommended.

Wir brauchen eine App für Produkte, die aus mehreren Teilen mit eigenen SKUs bestehen, ohne Discount. Zunächst hatten wir Shopify Bundles verwendet, aber hier kam es bei uns zu Fehlern. Simple Bundle funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir hatten ein Problem bei der Erstellung eines neuen Bündels - Anwenderfehler ;) Der Support hat superschnell reagiert und das Problem gelöst. Sehr freundlich und effizient.

This app is a rockstar. It's really able to customise almost sales mechanics you can think of. No matter how complicated, the team will always find ways to simplify it, show you just-recorded tutorials on how to solve your issues (even if they can't, they'll suggest ways to work around it), follow up, and just make sure that you got your queries solved. The best part is they made their interface much like Shopify (not like those apps that overcomplicate the IU/UX) Rosamie, David, and Stella were the ones who assisted me despite me being confused and they were also very patient and kind. Although i won't be needing their app now, I really appreciate their help and kindness and will always recommend them to my fellow business friends who uses Shopify! This is your sign to download the app if you're still contemplating!

Our store has been using this app for a year now, and it suits our needs very well. Our sales of entry level items (socks and underwear) has increased due to the bundle options, so that we are now developing a greater range of bundles using the Infinite bundling option, so that customers can choose from a range of colours and sizes. Customer support has always been brilliant with going above and beyond with their quick and detailed responses to my enquiries regarding best set up options and how-to's, and have assisted in tweaking some fields to suit our requirements. Overall very happy with the app, and the quick, friendly and efficient service. All the customer has to do is select from the available options and add to cart, the bundle product is separate to the original 'single' product but inventory feeds directly from the original product. So no need to manage a separate inventory for the bundle product - this is perfect for us!

One of the best customer supports ever! The app does not 100% fulfill our needs but it's still best in the market.
