very good app, ability to create and edit bundles is really simple and easy. Stock management is also great allowing full control over inventory. customer service is second to none!! the tech team have been so helpful, very responsive and knowledgeable, including support alongside other apps. tried other bundle apps, but this by far best.

I am overly impressed with how helpful everyone has been at this app. They are insanely quick to answer questions and jump in an help. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time!!! The app has been working exactly as needed for us! Definitely give it a try and don't give up if you don't install it correct at first because they will jump in SO FAST to do it for you!!

Great app and customer support! Anytime I had a question with set up, they would always respond very timely to assist me in getting the answers I needed. This solved a huge problem we were having doing manual adjustments with bundles.

App is good and does what it says, Support is quite good too. Using the import function is a waste of time and doesn't work at all! would love to see this fixed permanently. Every time iv tried to use it iv had to contact support and get them to do it as it doesn't work properly. Which means you miss deadlines and have to wait for support!

Very quick and helpful, very supportive staff. The only thing missing for us is the bundle name coming over in Ship Station within the individual product line (as our customers tend to order multiple bundles, it can be confusing as to which product belongs to which bundle group) this would make it 10/10 for us to complete our needs on the fulfilment side.

100% suggest this app. The service to get this up and running was outstanding. I was extremely frustrated before reaching out. As soon as I ran out, I had amazing service! When one person had to go due to being done a shift, I got another person to assist, so I had 24/7 help. Within a few hours we were up and running smoothly.

Horrific app. constantly processing orders that are empty and missing SKUs. They also recently implemented a cowboy fix, cancelling orders and replacing them which has caused even more headaches for us and our customers. AVOID!!

Just getting started with the app, but the support has been extremely quick and friendly. We are using this app for bundling and inventory purposes. It's really helping with the combination of SKUs included in the product itself, as well as managing the variant options the customer is able to choose from. Thanks, Camila!

We absolutely LOVE this app. it has been able to generate additional sales to our business tenfold. It gives customers control on how and what they purchase. It is nearly a perfect fit. The only flaw we have with this set up is the apps inability to amortise the discount across the skus in the bundle. What it does is discounts each SKU 100% - This really messes with the reporting/financials and is a huge huge flaw. It is something the developer really needs to fix as it is a major issue for high traffic stores - we have raised this issue multiple times but there is still no change. **Update - Version 2.0 has solved this issue! Orlando and team have been amazing so helpful

My initial experiences with the Simple Bundles & Kits app is extremely positive!! I had a few questions that popped up, but their technical support team has been absolutely AMAZING and everything was up and running without a problem very quickly! We needed a solution for 'Create Your Own' kits and 3PL integration and after testing several of the other apps available, this one worked the best and was the easiest to set up! HIGHLY recommend!

Great app for creating bundles from existing products and includes a free package which covers what we need for now. We tested several apps for this including paid ones, and Simple Bundles & Kits was the only app we found that created bundles easily and cleanly from existing products. Great finish, great product. One thing I've noticed however is that the app throws off the inventory cost and inventory value by price reports, as it is essentially doubling the value of all the inventory products.

Simple Bundles & Kits has made an important part of our business easy when it used to be a constant challenge, and the support we've received has been outstanding. Being able to offer a range of interesting mixed cases is essential for us, and Simple Bundles provides us with a neat and manageable way of creating and controlling these—something we only dreamt of before moving to Shopify. Our latest support enquiry about the appearance of packing slips was answered more or less immediately, and very shortly afterwards (over the weekend, in fact) we were sent custom code that did precisely the job we wanted. It's a pleasure doing business with everyone on the team.

This app has been amazing at allowing us to create a custom bundle product that interacts with all of Shopify features and is easy to manage and understand. Being able to customize the bundle products separately without having to modify their underlying product and their pages is the main reason why we use this app. There are some issues with taxes; however, we do understand that this is due to how Shopify API's currently work.

This app perfectly fits our needs! We wanted to be able to offer bundles to our customers but have the backend show individual products to avoid kitting at the warehouse. And customer service was super helpful. Recommend!
