Excellent customer service! They went above and beyond for me. Grant (the person I was helped by) even pointed out ways that he could make my life easier using their app WITHOUT ME EVEN ASKING. I will definitely continue to use Simplee Memberships for as long as I can afford it.

I am not exaggerating when I say that Simplee team is the best customer service experience I have ever encountered. I have had to chat with their team many times while creating our website and they reply within 5 minutes and all questions/comments/requests completed quickly and easily. HIGHLY recommend.

The app is great! We've tried a ton of apps over the years and even a more popular subscription app -- and this app was very easy to install, follow along with their installation video, set up subscriptions and add it to our website. We use it to unlock content for weekly, monthly and yearly subscribers. When we reached out to their help chat -- took a few minutes for the developer to jump on the chat -- not a lower level support. I recommend this app --

Absolutely loved the app - our business is launching in the next 24h and it was easy to use and seemed to fit our needs perfectly. The app then kicked us out with an error code 500 and a day later still refuses to let us in. We have looked for a contact number but there is only an e-mail address which unfortunately is unlikely to be resolved before our launch so we have had to go elsewhere. It's a shame as the app is great - but it appears unreliable.
Thanks for the feedback - we're glad you loved the app! Our team didn't see any outages with our infrastructure providers, so this may have simply been a short-term glitch. Either way, we understand how stressful that must have been, and wish we could have avoided that experience. To your point about only seeing an email address, we offer live chat in the app and from our help center, and monitor that email address 24/7, so I'm confident we would have been able to get things sorted for you quickly had you tried reaching out. Congrats on your launch, and we hope you'll consider us in the future.

This app and the support are great! We have been using this app for the past year and it has been great! Super simple to set up and easy for customers to sign up. We experienced an issue when we updated our theme and these guys were on it within minutes! Highly recommend this app

Great app that do exactly what I was looking for. Even though I experienced a few issues at first with the new widget, the support team was there to help and found a way to fix the problem on a very quick manner. Amazing support that deserve 5 stars!
