This app is everything that I've been looking for! There was no request too big or too small and Nitesh helped me with the set-up every step of the way. Would love to see more instruction regarding how to set up emails and suggestions of what to add to each email, as well as more information on the customer facing claims request form. Otherwise highly recommend!

Seriously this app is A LIFESAFER! The customer support even installed it into my shop. I have already made almost $100 in shipping insurance in less than 30 days. Which is AMAZING for when we have customer packages that get lost we can issue a refund or tell them they did not opt into the insurance.

I haven't had much use with this app, however, the support team was amazing and got everything corrected and set up for me! Update: Still a pretty solid app and a nice way to earn extra money

Update: It took a little while to iron out some issues, but with installation done, it is working as expected and working well. The new feature of allowing a percent of the total to be applied as the insurance fee is a much appreciated update. Good job! --This app looks like it will be beneficial but so far getting help with some installation issues, changing some text within the app, etc. has been very frustrating. I have tried the Chat function (advertises always there, which means 2 hours if any response at all) and email which has taken 24 hors for response, but they have yet to fix the installation problem after two days of waiting. If I get help eventually and the issues are fixed, I will update the review.

Haven't had the best experience with 'Route' shipping protection and was looking for an app where we can still offer package protection and keep the money so that we actually make a profit, rather than 'Route' making a profit off of our customers. Wasn't quite working how we wanted to at first, but I contacted their support chat and 'John' was a huge help, he was very responsive and did some changes to get it working just right. Now works just how it did with 'Route' but we get the protection money and have full control over the process! W00t for making some profits!

Easy install and amazing customer service! The process of switching from route was much easier than I expected. It is much pricier but am hoping that it pays off!

Both of you did an outstanding job, and I truly appreciate your kindness and willingness to help me with the setup. I would definitely recommend this app; especially over Route Insurance. This app gives you, the store owner, control over your claims processing - whether you wish to send a replacement order or refund your customers. Other insurance apps make those decisions for you and it causes a lot of confusion in your bookkeeping, and it always seemed to take them a long time to make the decision to either generate another invoice for a replacement order or refund the customer causing them to become upset because of the delayed time. The delays caused my store to lose future repeat customers. Now, I'm able to handle it all myself, make my own decisions and process the replacement orders or refunds in a timely manner.

Amazing customer service and App overall! very thankful for this type of customer service and more importantly the app as not many apps provide this type of service! They usually take all the money from the insurance, but this self-insured app is amazing! would totally recommend!
