Simply Shipping Protection

Great app for increasing order value and providing shipping protection for your shoppers. And the Simply Insurance support is top notch! They work quickly to help with customizations and anything else you need. We highly recommend this app for your Shopify store!

We have just recently started using Simply Insurance as the rigmarole involved in other shipping insurance companies was a real pain. Plus, the other companies took a cut of all of the protection plans that were purchased. We chose this app so that we could keep everything in-house to see how it all went. Set up wasn't totally intuitive, but their customer service team was quick to get us sorted so we could go live. So far our customers are really jumping at the opportunity to purchase shipping protection, so this should provide us with another small income stream. Plus, even for the unlimited plan, the price is a bargain at just $100 a month!

We switched from Route to Simply Insurance less than a month ago and so far so good. We did have one issue where the app was conflicting with our wholesale app, which was frustrating, but I reached out for support and was very happy with the support I received. Jeet was quick to respond to my emails and to investigate the issue. Ultimately, we had to disable Simply Insurance for our wholesale customers, which is a suitable solution for now. Other than that hiccup, the app seems to be working well, and again, I'm happy with the support I've received.

Installed this app to help offset shipping claims. Works like a charm and the customer service is able to provide the customization that we needed. Would recommend.

After a long search for a 'right' insurance app for our website, we found this app and LOVE it so far. The app is performing well and it's easy and clear to use and manage. I cannot say enough good things about this app and the customer service is always at your finger tips! 2020 was an awful year for shipping issues and being able to take care of my customers issues in house is worth every penny of a monthly charge. The revenue no longer pads someone else pockets, but lets us keep our own customers happy in house and in a timely manner. The customer can make a quick claim, we then do our side of the investigating the issue with our close carrier reps and can get the issue resolved. It is so simple. will be a long time forever customer!

It was pretty easy to install for more than half of the steps. I had a little trouble towards the end, but I was able to get help right away and John Dee set everything up for me. He was even able to help with other questions I had that didn't involve setting it up. I'm really happy with their service

I just installed this app and it was pretty easy to do myself. I had some issues from my install and John Dee (via the app chat) was so so helpful and quick! He responded almost immediately and fixed the issue which was something I missed during install.
