Unfortunately, app does not offer support or immediate value for my platform
ordered an 99 audit, nothing showed their owner even reached out and said they will respond when its completed. its been months. Installed this app its cool that it tracks and monitors. but you can do the same thing through google analytics. The overall experience with this company is a huge risk. Don't recommend for anyone. there own website has issues from login to their owner not following through on the audit.
Spelling and grammar mistakes on the landing page. This is huge because this app claims to audit your page for issues and fix them, yet it itself has issues that were not fixed. Also it could not load data from myshopify store for some reason. And after reading the negative 1 star review about automatically running and deleting ads without permissions, I didn't want to connect anything further. Seems like 40 people really love this app, but the mistakes and data issues make this at most a 3 star for me.
Talking with Nolan was very helpful! He is very knowledgeable and kind and has a deep understanding of how to make improvements to my Shopify store.
The tracking information and data I needed to make informative ad decisions are now a breeze with the Sirge App. I get up-to-date data reflecting customers of my store as well as conversion rates to make better use of my ad spend and target more qualified buyers.

Love this so far. Really easy and quick set up and are already getting results on ads to turn on or turn off. Nolan was great at helping setting us up. This is not an app where the developers don't care, 5 stars!

Great application, with easy to use futures. Their analytics exactly points what's need to be worked on with suggestions. After we installed we could get insights from the charts easily, and also we could able to call and talk on the analytics and what we could work on our marketing campaign. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful
Just poor support ,"il look into it" and then no replies We are still trying to remove "Additional details" after we removed the app and still no reply from dev We need the data removed or we will have to have Shopify step in

I spoke with Nolan and he gave me so much information that I didn't know I needed! He walked me through multiple platforms, how to set up my ad campaigns, and even checked the store I built. He gave amazingly detailed information that I needed to hear, but never knew to look for it. I didn't know what I'd get out of the call initially, but couldn't be happier I scheduled a call! From the installation to connecting all your accounts, the setup is a breeze. Analytics starts providing insightful data and improvement solution within the first few hours. We were using Hyros but Sirge does even more and better and is fully integrated with our shopify store. ;) Highly recommend this app.

Sirge is the best tool to help businesses scale ads and get the most bang for your buck. I cannot believe that I did not know about this platform sooner since I have increased my sales significantly despite only having been on the platform for nearly one week.
