Subject: Suggestions for Enhancing ESC Size Specs Dear ESC Development Team, The new look of the ESC app is impressive and much appreciated. However, I noticed a few important functionalities that would make it even more efficient and user-friendly: Option to export all size specs codes. Quick toggle buttons to view Active and Draft entries. I kindly request you to review these suggestions and consider implementing them in upcoming updates. Simple, works well, looks good. Support is fast and gets it done when you need it.

Terrible customer support, I used the paid plan, their app is full of bugs, some of the images you upload may not show, the export does not really work, it exports only the table section , so if you have a picture included in your size chart, sadly you have to leave that behind, and EVEN after you export your charts, you CAN NOT import them back to the app ! because the app does not support it's own exported file ! contacted them and asked them to help me with that, it's been 3 days, still no reply! they said it's a bug. and i'm still unable to import any charts. the table size and design is terrible and limited and full of issue, they all just ignore and ghost you and waste your time. After sending them 10 emails, ended up uninstalling the app and using another size chart plugin. it's just a waste of money I absolutely don't recommend.
