ESC Size Charts

AVOID THIS APP. This app has not been working properly for the past few MONTHS, no response from the support !!

We have been a long time customer. Today we had a new launch and started getting customer messages asking why the size charts weren't up. So we started to research and it does appear this company is defunct. They don't answer emails, quick chats or phone calls. In fact, their phone number has been deactivated for the NY office. I understand businesses close, but as a Shopify Platinum Partner this is super disappointing. No heads up was given so businesses could pivot and find a new solution for their company.

The App is suddenly not working. Have send several emails to the team. Nobody is responding. Why is this happening ?

The app backend is not opening , have emailed support , no reply in 72 hours

This app deleted all of my info on each product, it was unique links and descriptions along with artist information and category type. On more than 100 products, TERRIBLE! Over a weeks worth of work!

Sorry! bad App.The size chart is constantly disappearing from the products page. You need to go into the application and look for and update the settings. I do not recommend it.

I paid for installation help and got no response whatsoever...

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! Our size charts are gone. We cannot retrieve the sizes for hundreds of products. The developers have been completely unresponsive for weeks.

I've been using the ap for some time now. Most of the times the size charts do not show up at all. Today I can't even properly create a size chart. Unfortunately I have too many products and it's not easy to switch to another ap.
