ESC Size Charts

We have been a long time customer. Today we had a new launch and started getting customer messages asking why the size charts weren't up. So we started to research and it does appear this company is defunct. They don't answer emails, quick chats or phone calls. In fact, their phone number has been deactivated for the NY office. I understand businesses close, but as a Shopify Platinum Partner this is super disappointing. No heads up was given so businesses could pivot and find a new solution for their company.

The App is suddenly not working. Have send several emails to the team. Nobody is responding. Why is this happening ?

However, I noticed a few important functionalities that would make it even more efficient and user-friendly: Option to export all size specs codes. Quick toggle buttons to view Active and Draft entries. I kindly request you to review these suggestions and consider implementing them in upcoming updates. We have been using this app for quite some time with great success. Recently after changing to a new Shopify theme we experienced some difficulty and I reached out for assistance. I received a prompt and most helpful response. Tech Support quickly solved our problem and got the app working again perfectly! It's easy to use to I can't see the pop up link I added anymore :( But I really like the app. It's strange to need more characters lol
