Skio, a Recharge Company

Subscriptions are a big deal and we evaluated a lot of different subscription management apps - Skio brought the most to the table. Kennan and Liam are very responsive and easy to work with. Skio has a nice interface for customers and we are very happy that we made the switch - recommend very highly

Kennan is awesome! Great customer service. He was very quick to respond to any of our questions and hiccups/issues we had along the way.

Solution is nice compare to other solutions such as recharge and few other solutions, however this app does not support all themes. Also code / documentation they provide is not very well developed to solve the errors with in-house dev team, adding snippets to theme files based on instruction generates errors and not let the app work properly. Also it does not support multilang either which is another downside of this app.

Just started the process to switch over from Recharge, really liking the app so far. The UI is much cleaner and easier to understand. The customer has a better experience on their end as well. Kennan from Skio was very helpful with the installation process, he took care of it all and got the app working properly. Will continue testing for a bit and then migrate over all the Recharge customers.

*** Update after 6 months *** The SKIO team has done a really amazing job of pushing out new features and abilities. It is definitely the most expensive piece of software we use, but it provides so many benefits and the SKIO team has been amazingly responsive and helpful. Skio has been a massive improvement for us over ReCharge. They were able to migrate us over quickly and painlessly, and it has made our subscription offering much easier to manage and develop. The dashboard is clean and the integrated Shopify check out makes the process seamless. Glad to have found Skio!

We love Skio - it has been a breath of fresh air since switching over from Recharge. The support is top notch, and our customers' experience is far better than what they get with Recharge. The feature set is still slightly limited compared to some of the competitors but growing quickly. Excited to be along for the ride.

SKIO . Serious competitor for ReCharge or BOLD. I have tried both and glad that we decided to move ahead with SKIO. Smooth integration with Shopify payment is exceptional. And Ken is super responsive and passionate about solving problems.

Skio has been the solution we wanted all along for our subscriptions. Not only was the migration from Recharge to Skio seamless, both the customer back-end and the admin back-end are incredibly user-friendly, straight-forward, and the entire app is well maintained. Out of the box Skio works well for single variant products, but for multi-variant products which are at different price points you might need a developer to help get this app working to how you want it. I did have some issues with getting this up and running as support is limited but now that it's in place it's working well and I appreciate the flexibility of being able to tweak the liquid ourselves to get the ideal user experience.

Like a glass of ice water after the hell of ReCharge. This is the real deal, and their founder and customer support is next level. If you're on ReCharge, switch to Skio now. Your life will improve instantly, and you'll save money too! Cannot express how far superior Skio is!

I have just started using Skio and I am already loving it! I have used both Bold and Recharge in the past and this is so much easier to use and looks so much better on the site. Kennan has been beyond helpful is setting this up. We cannot wait to be fully set up. Highly recommend!

We decided to use Skio for our subscription products after testing out a couple of other recurring billing platforms (ReCharge and Bold). The app is easy to use and works really well for us! On top of that, the pre-launch support you get from Kennan is unbeatable. He will work with you to sort out any issues you encounter and will make sure that everything functions as you need. We have been a long-term ReCharge customer and have been waiting for a better solution for managing subscriptions. So lucky to have found Skio!!! I was blown away by how quick and simple the switch was. It provides a much smoother checkout flow for customers and is way easier for us to manage. Kennan, the founder, walked us through everything and did most of the work himself. It was a total white glove service from the start. Very happy thus far and excited to see how they continue to develop the platform.

Skio is all you need. Shopify + legacy subscriptions = nightmare. And I don't say that lightly. You cannot migrate to different subscription apps, get forced to create accounts for customers, and, on top, you pay transaction fees for every subscription. Thankfully, Skio solves them all. It offers 0% subscription fees. Account free login. And free migration. It is not perfect. But way better than anything out there. Special mention to its founder, Kennan. He is a brilliant guy. He helped me migrate from a legacy subscription app without any disturbance. I cannot highly recommend Skio if you are a small company or a startup. You know that Skio is in the same boat as you and that your voice will be heard in shaping the development of the app. I can't wait to grow alongside Skio & Kennan.
