We migrated over from Recharge - overall the migration was pretty smooth, with some nuances around discount codes attached to subscriptions. There are friendlier features that separate Skio apart from other platforms such as gifting and group ordering which are nice. There are some limitations with advanced use cases where a consumer may modify their subscription often (add / remove products frequently, etc.) but the Skio team is quickly cranking out features and improvements to UX. Ultimately, chose Skio because I believe in the team's ability to iterate and innovate in this space.

We were on another subscription app before which caused a lot of issues at checkout. Skio team really made the entire migration process smooth and easy. Jumped on whenever help was needed during and after the migration. It's been great working with everyone at Skio!

Their salespeople are great humans, fun, and just overall a joy to chat with. Adrian Balakumar is a friend to me now and I'm stoked to give Skio a shot. In terms of onboarding? Couldn't be more seamless. They knocked it out in under 48hrs, white-glove service. All email flows were transitioned. It's wild. It took me longer to approve than it did for them to onboard me. This would be a 6-star review if I got a better placement with my bubble. :)

Although we're still relatively early on our journey with Skio, our entire team's initial reaction is that the app really makes things way easier for our team and customer's to manage their own subscriptions. All functionality has worked seamlessly as promised without any glitches. The Skio team is also very attentive - and for such a young startup I've been impressed by the amount of care they've put into our account and getting us set up. Of course, with any early-stage startup there were a few hiccups here and there with the migration from woocommerce - but migrations are always tricky and I was impressed with the team's ability to troubleshoot with us. highly recommend skio to any ecommerce brands looking to scale subscription!

Skio has been the best subscription product we've used and we regret not transitioning over sooner. Our customer experience team has seen tickets about login issues reduce by >80% which has saved them hours. We also no longer see tickets from customers complaining about an inability to modify their orders because the Skio interface is so clean, simple, and easy to understand. Lastly, we love how responsive the Skio team has been in addressing any feature requests we have in record time. Would highly recommend anyone reading this to switch to Skio immediately.

Really love the flexibility and functionality of this app for our store. The migration also couldn't have been smoother and we were able to work closely with the team to migrate from our old clunky subscription platform!

So far this solution is leaps and bounds about recharge! We have multiple styles of subscription with pre-paid options being very important to us. The team was wonderful with implementation and I am excited to see how we can grow with this solution moving forward. We wanted to be integrated into Shopify checkout which is something recharge could not help us with easily. I am impressed at how easy everything has been so far.

I am using this app for our subscription offering & it has been great. It meets every need & some. The integration was seamless & its very user friendly both for our customers & us on the back end. Plus the Skio team is great when we need help.

This is by far the best subscriptions app on the entire Shopify platform! It's the only app we could find that is built directly on Shopify's Subscriptions API. Their customer service is amazing and work with us for all of our staff to meet our needs.

Currently migrating over to Skio. The team have been super easy as the team are responsive and have taken time to explain the process clearly. Skio itself is user friendly and looks great on the website. My customers have given me positive feedback.

So far so good! The team was amazingly helpful during the migration from our previous subscription platform. Hoping to get a few extra functionalities built into the app in the near future to really make it a seamless experience for our customers. The team has been highly receptive to our feedback!

I just started using Skio after years of using another subscription platform. The team of Skio is great. They made the onboarding process very easy. Now that Skio is live we have already had customers comment on how much easier the customer interface is to use. Skio's customer service is amazing as well. I e-mailed support and heard back in less than 20 minutes. I'm excited to use and keep learning more about the Skio features.

We recently switched over from Recharge to Skio and the process was smooth and the support has been excellent. Whenever we have requested a new feature the Skio team has been prompt to find us a solution, several times engineering the solutions themselves within a week or two (Recharge would never do this). They've also provided a lot of recommendations to enhance our subscription experience on site. Subscriptions are a big part of our business so the extra support and features has been well worth it.

We made the mistake of migrating from the major subscription app to an app that seemed to be comparable to Skio. Wow were we wrong! We came to Skio after 5 months of trying to migrate to this new app and work out the kinks, and Skio figured out how to migrate us (a 2nd time in 2 months) and had us up and running with Skio in 2 weeks. Have been super happy with the portal, and their team hustles to make things happen. Recommend!!

Fantastic subscription partner. The Skio team has been ultra-responsive, their support has been second to none, and the platform itself is top-notch. They are quick to react to feedback, and the speed of deployment on bug fixes and new features is fantastic. Keep up the great work, Skio - this is how you disrupt an industry!
