The support I received truly helped me. I was unable to sync products for over a week and within a few minutes everything was up and running.
The app works as expected. I had a few issues, for example, I did not configure shipping correctly to fulfil a TikTok order from Shopify, but these were fixed within a few minutes of me asking. Arshia and Muhammad both do an excellent job!
Athar has met with me on multiple calls while my team tries to figure out this platform, and has been very helpful every time!

I had some initial teething issues with integration with Shopify due to a degree of duplication with the main Tiktok app. I had a wait a little, but the team then engaged well to help me resolve the issues. The skus seem to be pulling through well into Tiktok Shop and we've successfully processed a handful of sales. I like the dashboard that's simple and easy to understand, albeit with a couple of small glitches that were rapidly resolved by the team. We're effectively running this now in 'trial' mode while we pressure-test the system and start to advertise on Tiktok - holding back on the 5th star until we see that it all works seamlessly with a larger number of orders!

SPL app was the only solution that helped me successfully map the Products. I'm incredibly grateful for SPL! It worked perfectly when nothing else did. Special thanks to Athar for the excellent support—he was truly great to work with!
Ich nutze TikTok SPL jetzt seit mehreren Monaten und bin rundum zufrieden. Die Verknüpfung mit meinem Shopify-Shop funktioniert einwandfrei und flüssig. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den zuverlässigen Support: Bei Fragen oder Problemen wird extrem schnell reagiert – immer freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Es gab nie ernsthafte Schwierigkeiten, und kleine Dinge wurden sofort behoben. Ich kann TikTok SPL jedem empfehlen, der TikTok professionell mit Shopify verbinden möchte!
I installed this app and had a few minor questions. I spoke with two support representatives, but unfortunately, neither of them had basic knowledge about Shopify. Because of this, I decided to uninstall the app. Overall, the app does not offer much more functionality than the standard TikTok app. Also is the price total expensive. For that what he offer.. if you send out in different markets you need to have more shop connections and they can only connect one shop per market.
