App fantastica e team di supporto davvero eccezionale. Stiamo utilizzando questa app per gestire il nostro menu in modo più avanzato rispetto alla navigazione standard di Shopify e devo dire che ha superato le aspettative. L’interfaccia è intuitiva, le funzionalità sono complete e permette di creare strutture complesse in modo semplice e veloce. Ma la cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stato il supporto: rapidissimo, professionale e molto disponibile. Abbiamo avuto una piccola difficoltà di configurazione e il team è intervenuto quasi subito, risolvendo tutto in tempi brevissimi e spiegandoci anche il motivo del problema. È raro trovare un’assistenza così attenta e competente. Consiglio assolutamente questa app a chi cerca una soluzione solida e un supporto davvero presente. Grazie ancora al team!

Fantastic customer service , i have made alot of changes to the menu , they responded very fast to every details . I havent seen any service like this while using more than 30 apps in my theme . Big thanks to Henry & Rita , Henry was very professional & guided me to make my menu look amazing , Rita has been contacting me on the chat also with very fast response . Very useful app with the best integration and variation ever .

This app is riddled with bugs, and the submenu controls aren’t just half-baked — they’re a complete nightmare to configure and maintain. Support is even worse. Their “live chat” is basically dead. On the rare occasion someone shows up, you’ll get a generic “please wait” message and then they vanish for hours. The chat tool inside the admin is so buggy it’s sometimes unusable — you can’t even type properly. I literally demonstrated the issue to them, they were shocked by how broken the experience was, and months later nothing has changed. Overall: unstable product, painful setup, and support that feels nonexistent. Avoid unless you enjoy wasting time.

Best mega menu app I've tried so far, has so many options to customise and allows the exact number of mega menus I needed to set up on my website, just from their basic plan. Also the fastest and most helpful support team when I got stuck. Can't recommend enough.
