Der Support von Qikify war wirklich hervorragend. Mir wurde super schnell geholfen und mein Anliegen wurde sofort bearbeitet. Die Kommunikation war freundlich, kompetent und effizient. Die App selbst funktioniert tadellos und macht genau das, was sie soll. Klare Empfehlung!
Very useful app that completely solved our problems with Menu layout. Also, the people from the support of this app are extremely useful. I highly recommend it.
The app has a lot of potential and the mega menu itself looks good when it’s working, but the experience has been disappointing. I’m dealing with multiple technical issues across desktop and mobile, including Safari compatibility problems, menu flickering on initial page load, disappearing menus while scrolling, and limited mobile menu behavior. I reported all of these in detail, but after more than 12 hours there hasn’t even been a simple acknowledgment or response from support team. No matter how good the features are, customer support is the most important part of any app. Technical issues happen, but leaving customers without any response is frustrating, especially when the app is critical to the storefront navigation. I hope the support team improves their response time because the product has potential, but right now the lack of communication makes it difficult to recommend.

Had to use the CSS option to display the menu and that was beyond my abilities, contacted support and it was fixed within an hour Great work

Rita from customer service was so helpful with out site menu, i had some slight issues getting this to work on my store theme but it was resolved very quickly and it was explained step by step, thank you so much! I would really recommend !

Qikify is an amazing app for mega menus for your site on Shopify. We had a lot of questions on CSS and other things that we were not able to fix. But the customer support gets back to you so quickly and fixes any and all issues. They will also send you screenshots and videos showing you what they did. The support team has been amazing! We will continue to use Qikify for all our store mega menus.
