They are incredibly professional and truly go above and beyond to help, especially when it comes to fixing complex mega-menu issues! The team is extremely supportive and doesn’t stop until you get the exact menu you want. I’m so happy I downloaded this app; it has made a huge difference to my website. Highly recommended!

UPDATE 1/16/26: Best customer service EVER. There are many apps, but only one with this level of chat support. As long as they have Rita, who might just be an IT angel, we will be a customer. 11/10/25: Just got set up and I did need a little help from chat support. However, Rita is a gem and she got our site squared away quickly.

I tried other Mega Menu apps and needed support, their support was email after their lunch or when their developer could look at the issue. The Qikify was a real person on chat who helped resolve the issue in 5 minutes after I fought with it for 3 days!! Miley was great.
